Thai style mala spicy chicken 泰國椒麻雞 (TWD 85): deep fried chicken thigh with skin and minimal batter combined with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce. of note was that the skin was fried to an incredible level of crispiness. 5/5
angry devil island crispy skin chicken chop 惡魔島脆皮雞排 (TWD 70): deep fried chicken breast with bone. the meat was very thick and flavor was good but the batter/skin was not very crispy and one side of the batter was soggy and falling off from the meat. perhaps they let the chicken sit too long somewhere? most disappointing item of the night. 3/5
deep fried crispy batter boneless chicken thigh burger on a flaky danish pastry bun with molten peanut butter 丹麥花生醬熔岩雞腿堡 (TWD 90): most expensive item for the night and also the most delicious. essentially a boneless chicken thigh deep fried in a crispy batter sandwiched with shredded cabbage, a deep fried hashbrown patty (like McDonald's breakfast hashbrowns) and finished with molten peanut butter. the bun, the batter, and the hashbrown were crispy which, when combined with the molten peanut butter, produced this incredible flavor and texture profile. the only complaint would be that one can not eat too many of these things! 6/5
crispy batter potato wedges 美式脆薯 (promotion for review, normally TWD 35): tasted like standard potato wedges. quite good. 4/5
would definitely return if only for the chicken...

#義大利黃金脆皮半雞 以1.5公斤的全雞切半,雖然說是半雞,但份量真的很多。外皮超級酥脆,極薄的厚度吃起來也沒有油膩感。雖然外觀上看起來感覺比較乾,但是咬下後感受到肉質非常鮮嫩多汁,才發現原來肉汁都是被鎖在脆皮裡!義式香料的香味非常明確且入味,且香料的味道平均分佈在雞肉中,不會像一般所謂的義式烤雞,香氣只僅限於表面。老闆說是採用了十多種義式香料醃製而成,才能夠呈現這完美的異國風味。 沾著一旁附上的"秘製辣粉",帶有微微中藥味和中辣的辣度,與外面吃到的辣粉截然不同,還很上癮,對於喜愛吃辣、重口味的人一定會喜歡。
#美國炸雞 美國炸雞的外皮酥脆得很狂妄,但厚度卻不過厚(最怕吃到那種都是皮的卡拉雞腿了)。一樣使用的是號稱「現撈」的溫體雞,並非經過冷凍的雞肉,肉質才能表現得如此軟嫩、多汁!我覺得很優秀的是,就算放到冷掉了,炸雞外皮依然脆口。炸雞本身自帶有些微辣度的,拿去沾他們家的秘制辣粉也很美味。
#韓國炸雞 塗上了韓國特製醬料,看起來油亮油亮得看起來超好吃。韓式炸雞最靈魂的就在於它的醬料,甜甜辣辣的醬汁中又帶有獨特的中藥味,完全是以前不曾嘗試過的獨特風味。老闆說炸雞醬都是直接從韓國空運來台的。
