Homies — Restaurant in Taichung

It's an interesting place to say the least. First off, there was a lot of friend food. I liked the popcorn chicken I ordered, but just beware if you aren't in the mood for fried food. Otherwise, I would describe the feeling of the restaurant as Instagram ready. Lots of colorful chairs, walls painted in sections, drinks served in beakers, burgers in toolboxes. It's eclectic to say the least and definitely ready to like, tag and share.

I got a burger with fries, along with popcorn chicken and a meal set. The coffee was perfectly acceptable. The crispy fries and popcorn chicken were exactly what you want from fried food without being too salty. The burger was great and the side sauces really complimented it. Great portions of brunches for a reasonable price. All of the dishes we ordered came with a generous amount of salad and other veggies, so it's not only pure carbohydrates you get.
