Hnay tự dưng thèm đồ Nhật thế là ghé quán này lần đầu ăn thử. Ở trong nhìn khá nhỏ, nhưng ấm cúng. Tuy giá cả tầm trung đến cao, thích hợp tháng đi ăn 1 lần hoạc những ai chưa từng ăn đồ nhật như mình có thể đến thử 1 lần. Đồ ăn của quán ngon, dễ ăn, hợp khẩu vi ngừoi Việt mình. Menu thì ít hình nhưng có thể lên gg map koi rồi bảo nv gọi. Đồ ăn lên từng món, như kiểu khơi dậy từng giác quan ăn uống vậy. Ăn hết bao nhiêu đây cũng tầm 1nghìn mấy. Nhưng nhiều lắm ạ. Chỉ có đồ chiên là làm bột hơi dày nên mình ko thích thôi. Còn lại thì rất tưoi ngon. Thay gì đi ra biển để ăn hải sản tươi, thì cứ ghét thử quán ăn thử đi, ngon. 全體來說店面的裝潢很溫暖，雖然有點小。但不過每道菜都很美味，我從來都沒有吃過日本料理都覺得不難吃，反倒是很好吃。而且這邊的生食都很新鮮。只有炸物我覺得皮太厚，不喜歡，我是超級愛吃炸蝦的人然後配沾醬一起吃。終結這家日式料理值得讓您再回來一次。

今天來試試新店家，很棒的店，服務親切，上菜速度也恰當，握壽司味道不錯，烤物火候控制得宜，炸豬排也炸得恰到好處，山藥細麵刀工佳，炒飯（鮭魚、烏魚子）好吃，台日合體鮭魚卵滷肉飯，初嚐有冷熱的雙重溫感，置放後溫差緩和有鮭魚卵與台式滷肉飯演出絕妙雙重奏好吃！ 112.05.13 值得再造訪的店，好吃！懷舊口味：桂竹筍滷肉，酸筍炒水甕菜！說說再訪的原因： 1.店主人手藝到位，兩次吃完料理都沒有口乾舌燥之感，味道很合我的口味，如鮭魚卵醃製不死鹹；可以純粹用海膽醋飯製成握壽司非用軍艦卷，可以充分品嚐海膽的潮味；山藥細麵刀工不錯；炙燒程度拿捏恰當！ 2.食物的料理處置用最合適的溫度：山藥細麵就是够冰涼，味噌湯就是够熱加上使用厚陶碗，喝到最後1口都是溫熱狀態！ 3.善用故鄉食材：加入店主南投故鄉食材的台式料理桂竹筍滷肉、酸筍炒水甕菜很到位的鄉土料理！ 4.價格較親民，我覺得CP值高，另外店主夫婦也很友善親切！

Not the best place for Japanese cuisine with the price point. We ordered a special that’s not on the menu - crispy oyster. The oyster is fresh and juicy, but the seasoning was rather blend. Pan fried udon noodle was okay. Would’ve been better with less sauce and more ingredients.

If a Japanese place wants to charge miso soup, do it properly and this place didn’t do a decent job with their miso soup.

The kitchen also forgot about the barbecue mackerel we ordered and only mentioned that it would be served in a few minutes after we cleaned all the plates in front of us. Not the best services.
