台中市,法式的甜點不多,好吃的更少,據谷歌大神上的消息,這是一家很用心的甜點,老吳,對於甜點,是極度挑惕的人,要好吃,又要到位,所以我對於甜點店家的分類,在我腦袋中,分的非常的細,正統台式的,正統法式的,日系法式的,老外做的,本地人做的,德國系的,等等等
這家,吃過的感想,我把它歸類在日系法式,因為據老闆告知,當年,他在日本福岡學藝7年,之後回到台灣來開業,希望把他的所學,跟台灣的美食愛好者分享

旬蜜法式甜點的老闆,又更進一步,加入了台灣的食材元素,採用台灣最豐富的水果品項,還有台灣的茶的元素,讓他的作品,更有變化,卻又保持法式的風格,讓人回味無窮,味道上面的設定,老闆,以鮮奶油,水果,為主要的元素,很容易讓人接受
很多台灣或許看得到,但是不見得做得好的,像是國王餅,脆笛酥填新鮮卡士達醬,鮮草莓蛋糕,都是很經典,但不好掌握的產品,甜度,香甜,不膩,很適合全家享用,也不用擔心太甜,是好吃的
只覺得開店的地點,有點可惜,否則生意絕對會更好,我會再來,因...
