It was just the right amount of saltiness when paired with rice or fresh vegetables. The variety of meats here is extensive, ranging from beef and pork to chicken, each carefully selected and marinated to ensure the best flavor in every bite.
The service quality at this restaurant is excellent. The staff frequently check the condition of the grills at each table and offer grilling services. Their responsiveness to customer needs is a testament to their service quality, of course, within reasonable limits. The waitstaff are very friendly and professional, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Whether you need a grill change or a dish recommendation, they can quickly and efficiently meet your needs.
The most impressive dish today was the Hanasaki beef tongue. It was the first time I had tasted beef tongue that was so juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was excellent, and the overall texture was rich and satisfying. A minor drawback is the limited drink options, but it’s a great place for gatherings. Besides the Hanasaki beef tongue, the other meats here are also delicious, and you can taste the chef’s dedication in every bite. Although the drink selection is limited, each drink is very refreshing and complements the meal well.

店內廚房採開放式 整體蠻明亮了 重點來了 烤爐還自己配一盞燈 👏
跟常見的燒烤店一樣 標配是雞湯 但是雞湯就比較一般 沒特別驚艷
菜單部分 有分單點&套餐 我們主攻肉品 所以就點單點了
有桌邊服務,烤網換的瘋掉勤 🤣 如果店員太忙,自己烤也是可以的 (補一個 烤網很特別 邊邊不會燙 不用怕會被燙到 👍👍👍)

✨牛肝: 不難吃 但是味道很濃厚 🤣
✨飲料部分 生啤的杯子 建議冰冷凍 這樣的天氣 杯子而容易就退冰了。
