Today, I went to a barbecue restaurant. All the meats were already marinated, and the flavors were quite sufficient. For an extra layer of taste, you could dip them in rose salt or barbecue sauce. The seasoning might be a bit unusual for those who are used to the natural taste of meat, but it wasn’t overly salty. It was just the right amount of saltiness when paired with rice or fresh vegetables. The variety of meats here is extensive, ranging from beef and pork to chicken, each carefully selected and marinated to ensure the best flavor in every bite.

The service quality at this restaurant is excellent. The staff frequently check the condition of the grills at each table and offer grilling services. Their responsiveness to customer needs is a testament to their service quality, of course, within reasonable limits. The waitstaff are very friendly and professional, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Whether you need a grill change or a dish recommendation, they can quickly and efficiently meet your needs.

The most impressive dish today was the Hanasaki beef tongue. It was the first time I had tasted beef tongue that was so juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was excellent, and the overall texture was rich and satisfying. A minor drawback is the limited drink options, but it’s a great place for gatherings. Besides the Hanasaki beef tongue, the other meats here are also delicious, and you can taste the chef’s dedication in every bite. Although the drink selection is limited, each drink is very refreshing and complements the meal well.

Overall, this is a highly recommended barbecue restaurant. Both the quality of the ingredients and the level of service are outstanding. The environment is also very comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. I will definitely come back next time I have the...

🔹牛五花油花分佈均勻，有瘦肉的嚼勁，鮮甜肉汁溢在口中但又不會膩

🔹和牛選的是澳洲和牛，油花美美顏值高，口感也沒有對不起和牛的名號，肉的甜味吞嚥下去後還是在腦中留下印象，很可以❤️

🔹後腹肉油花分佈很美，肉質軟嫩口感Q彈

🔹霜降豬肉其實就是松阪豬，烤至金黃酥脆，還不錯

🔹伊比利豬排選用的是最高等級iberico的豬排,所以不需像一般豬肉一樣烤至全熟，7分熟度最剛好，吃起來軟嫩多汁，是我難得覺得比牛肉還令我更喜歡的豬肉了👍

🔹雞腿肉有先醃製過口感滑嫩

🔹 雞松阪是雞後頸的部位，口感Q彈很好吃！是本次最喜歡的一道🏆

第一次到訪 原訂6:30的位子 店家人很好，還讓我們先入座 ❤️

店內廚房採開放式 整體蠻明亮了 重點來了 烤爐還自己配一盞燈 👏

跟常見的燒烤店一樣 標配是雞湯 但是雞湯就比較一般 沒特別驚艷

菜單部分 有分單點&套餐 我們主攻肉品 所以就點單點了

有桌邊服務，烤網換的瘋掉勤 🤣 如果店員太忙，自己烤也是可以的 (補一個 烤網很特別 邊邊不會燙 不用怕會被燙到 👍👍👍)

點餐如下: ✨豬來了: 豬肉拼盤，表現都不錯 肉覺得新鮮 👌

✨雞三角: 這道好好吃 雖然偏鹹 但是很下酒 👍

✨ 牛來了: 牛肉拼盤，牛五花跟肋條 超級好吃 認真好吃 🤤🤤🤤

✨ 和牛 & 牛舌 : 和牛很棒 香氣很足 牛舌彈牙 而且有薄&厚可選 和牛有搭配一個黑胡椒柚香醬 強烈建議點一盤雞三角配 😋 因為他配和牛完全不行 配雞三角超完美 👍👍👍

✨茶泡飯: 這道很清爽，可以共食

✨ 炒烏龍 : 麵條好好吃 很Q, 味道炒的剛剛好，可惜高麗菜太生太水，配起來味道會被分開

✨羊五花: 沒有太重的騷味，大火烤一下就能吃

✨牛肝: 不難吃 但是味道很濃厚 🤣

✨飲料部分 生啤的杯子 建議冰冷凍 這樣的天氣 杯子而容易就退冰了。

❤️整體而言，肉質都不錯，調味也都很好，吃起來不會太甜膩。
