Introduction PINOCOCO is an Italian restaurant with slightly higher prices, averaging around 1,500 NTD. However, the unique flavors of their pasta and rice stew attract many loyal customers who return again and again.
Atmosphere Upon entering, the dim lighting and dark wood interiors create a moody yet romantic atmosphere. Soft background music matches the style of the restaurant perfectly — quiet enough that guests can comfortably chat while enjoying their food.
Service The service is excellent. The servers politely guide customers through their orders and pay close attention to details, such as refilling empty glasses promptly. While these may seem like small gestures, they leave a lasting impression and make diners eager to come back.
Food Quality The food quality is outstanding. Each dish is not only delicious but also beautifully plated, creating a visual experience that elevates the meal. The pasta and rice stew stand out: their sauces strike the perfect balance — flavorful and rich without being overly heavy.
Pricing Although the price is a bit high, it matches the quality of the food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere.

The pasta was delicious but slightly overcooked (and not hot enough), yet still delicious and satisfying. Suggestion to the Chef: Heat the plates sufficiently and speed up the plating process to ensure hot ingredients, and I will rate you 5...

The best I've had was that bowl of affogato. Devilishly good.
Oh and this is not an economic dining place.
This place is a 3.5 and I just rounded it up to 4 because I thought...
