This was one of the strangest eating experiences.

The salami on our pizza stank of sour rot even as it was served. We naively tried it and it was so disgusting and stomach churning that it was like the reaction you have when drinking spoiled milk.

When we told them, they made us a new salami pizza. With the same rotten salami.

When we sent that back, the assistant manager came over and smelled it. She agreed that it was bad and explained there was a supplier issue. She was very apologetic and gave us the rest of the meal for free, including ice cream and extra sides. That's the only reason that this review isn't one star.

Furthermore, the entire wait staff were being asked to march up and down Xitun Road carrying food, plates, dirty dishes, and even oreod to some faraway destination. This included our table's waiter, so we were left waiting.

Not only was this incredibly unfair as far as working conditions go, it meant that the whole staff was running around like headless chickens meanwhile only 4 tables in the restaurant had customers. It looked like they were catering an event or something nearby. The manager was chilling behind the cash register in her leisurewear and ignoring the customers inside (as sheer amount of work the staff had ferrying things in and out).

The wait staff themselves are polite, hard working and far more patient than I could have been.

I feel guilty saying this because the staff were so apologetic, but I wouldn't eat here again simply to avoid...

Only gave it one star because Google doesn't allow 0. I once thought of their fish and chips as one of the best in the city to one of the worst meals I've had in years, they've come a long way and not in a good way. Couldn't even finish, had to throw most of it away. Food at their previous location was great but this was horrible. Hope they can take note and change it back to as good as it used to be at their...
