A Japanese restaurant that have good ramen choices and good soba noodles. We came for lunch a little after 1:00 pm. We were seated immediately, and received the menu and two glasses of buckwheat tea. Hamburger Set meal-below standard: the canned vegetables could’ve been served more…, the rice quality is worse than regular bento shops. Rice is all you can eat, but I couldn’t even finish one small bowl.

Read more前幾天路過看到一間不起眼的小店,人還蠻多的... 所以和太太小孩相約來用餐。
餐點部分: 牛肉烏龍麵-麵體Q彈,基本上只要不要煮太久,一般都會很好吃。牛肉部分剛好,不會太柴,湯體部分我喜歡濃一些的,對我來說稍嫌清淡了一些 哈哈哈
天丼+烏龍麵-炸物部分中規中矩,很OK。
炸豬排燴飯-也是中規中矩。
味增湯-味道偏鹹,應該是較偏日本口味。
整體餐點部分對的起這個價位!味道也很好,CP值不錯! 我跟太太都會考慮下次再來嘗試其他餐點。
店員妹妹說她自己喜歡天丼跟豚骨拉麵,下次來試試看。
環境部分: 感覺是承租前一手的裝潢,幾乎沒有翻修。 若您對於裝潢很在意的客人,我覺得不適合您。
人員部分: 點餐及送餐時,讓我意外的是居然全部都是在東海或逢甲讀書的日本留學生! 三個都很親切,且非常有禮貌!
我本身也是廚師,曾協助金子半之助等餐飲店做過產品稽核,也在附近開過麵店... 但我運氣比較好,在疫情爆發的前一刻,我就把店收起來轉換跑道了,所以幾乎沒有賠到錢...
來到店裡用餐時,看到店的小故事才知道,因為疫情衝擊,才收到剩下這間店,重新出發。 到這就不難理解,為什麼這間幾乎沒有裝潢了...
最後想說.... 疫情真的對世界都是不小的傷害,想特別謝謝日本,在疫情最嚴重的時候,提供我們疫苗,讓台灣渡過危機。也謝謝店長給予來台的日本留學生,有個工作的機會,讓我們兩國人民有更深入的認識及了解。祝福這間店可以振作,捲土重來!也祝福所有員工,在台灣的生活,或是還在讀書的,都能順順利利! 我們下次見...
