Alright, let me break it down for y'all. I hit up this steak house and honestly, it was just meh. The steak was mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the price.
What's more, I've been coming to this spot for years and it's clear that the food has fallen in quality. The steak used to be much better, but now it's just average. And don't even get me started on the metal plates they use to cook the steak - they've definitely lost their original quality. They don't retain heat as well as they used to, which means the steak doesn't get that crispy sear that we all love. And forget about cooking eggs directly on the plates - it's just not happening.

我們一家五口在這裡用餐。當我們入座時,服務生並未告知有最低消費。我們點了三份套餐打算大家一起分享,因為我們還想在逢甲夜市品嚐其他美食。
過了一會兒,一位女服務生走過來告訴我們需要再點價值 400 元的新台幣小菜,以湊足每人最低消費,但他們的小菜少得可憐也沒什麼我們想嘗試的。
我給這家餐廳如此低評價的原因如下:
當我們進入餐廳時,服務生並未告知每人有最低消費/需點一份套餐,餐廳門口也沒有明顯標示(已附上照片為證)。一位男服務生甚至在我們已經上菜後,建議我們「外帶」,我覺得這太荒謬了。他不但沒有道歉,也沒有表現出任何歉意,反而把錯怪在帶位的服務生身上。完全不在乎我們的感受與用餐體驗,這對餐飲服務業來說是一個非常大的警訊。
餐點普通但價格偏高。我們點的 520 元沙朗牛排套餐,牛肉吃起來就像夜市常見的鐵板牛排義大利麵,毫無特色。附餐和單點的薯條,湯品和其他小菜也很普通。
那位建議我們外帶的男員工,當他端白飯和薯條上桌時,直接把碗重重地放在桌上。我一開始以為是我多想了,但當我問家人時,他們也都覺得那位員工態度很差,顯然是在發脾氣。你能想像我們花了超過 2000 元台幣、還付了 10% 的服務費,卻得到這種待遇嗎?笑死。
總體而言,我給這間餐廳 1/5 評價 Please be aware that there is a minimum spend of 200 TWD or 1 set meal per head count if you decide to dine in here.
My family of 5 were having dinner here. We were not informed by the waiter when we were seated. We ordered 3 set meal to share among all of us as we wanted to try out other food at the fengjia market.
So after a while the a female waiter came over and told us to order side dishes of 400 TWD to make up the minimum spend per pax but there weren't many choices for their sides.
The reason that this review was this low is due to the following factors
The waiter did not inform us on the minimum spend /order per pax when we came in. It was not shown outside the restaurant either. (photo attached) The male waiter proposed to us to 外带 (take out) when our family has been served which I found ridiculous. The waiter did not apologise or feel sorry for us but just blame the waiter who brought us in. They did not bother to care about our feeling or dining experience. Thats a huge red flag for dining and service industry.
Food was average but price was on a high side. The 520TWD sirlion steak meal we ordered, the meat tasted like a regular night market hot plate beef spaghetti, nothing special. The side dish like fries and soup was also average.
The male staff who proposed to us to take out, when he serve us our white rice and fries, he slamped the bowl on our table, i thought it was a wrong impression but when i asked my family, they said the same that the staff showed his temper. Can you imagine spending over 2000 twd and paying 10% service charges for this kind of service? 😂
Overall a 1/5 for me and I would tell everyone including friend and family to avoid dine in at this restaurant...

I tried the sirloin steak back in December and I really like it, can fight with Jack's place! Next, I tried the pork steak and I must say that it lost, but only slightly, to Aston's Chestnut Pork.
