DIN YUE RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Taichung

An establishment that caters toward the more generous consumers in Taichung, this restaurant serves Cantonese/East Chinese food in a modern and atmospheric setting, almost as if the original intent of the building was an avant-garde estate. Many of the dishes were delectable with the presentation carefully curated. The crispy duck served here is very much well known, though at least 10 people would be required to order the dish.

Dining here, one should anticipate roughly a 1500~2500 NT per person budget. Reservations are required as this restaurant is quite popular - you can't simply walk in and expect them to have available seating.

Service is acceptable, though occasionally lacks improvement in professionalism for a restaurant of this pricing - namely when our waitress lost her grip on dishes filled in fine china and shattered to the floor.

The restaurant would be more accessible via car/taxi than public transportation. Parking spaces are offered, though if for some reason they become unavailable then roadside parking spaces are also available most...

The overall restaurant is huge with expensive decoration. The hardware is very good and grand, but the service needs to improve much more to match its building. The chef team was from Taipei World Trade Center Club to Taichung. The taste of food is the same as Taipei with some new creative dishes. The management needs more improvement. The booking staffs are not really friendly as she thinks it’s a high end restaurant. The internal communication was poor. We did ask for birthday celebration and supposed the restaurant should have prepared something for that. Instead, it just prepared a candle and put on fruit plate. Let us feel it was a little sloppy. If the restaurant considers it’s a high end restaurant, it should perform better to match...

♡— ᑎIᑎI 介紹 —♡ ❝ 用餐環境 ❞ 大廳、包廂兩種用餐環境，訂位沒有特別訂包廂，但當天抵達覺得大廳用餐環境桌椅擺設相對擁擠，馬上詢問是否可更換至包廂用餐，剛好還有包廂，就換至包廂內用餐，包廂環境舒適安靜，隱蔽性💯 （只是小包廂內無化妝間，如有需使用要走到大廳的共用化妝間，加上包廂隱蔽所以路程有點距離😛）

❝ 桌面準備 ❞ 小菜：桌上已準備福菜悶苦瓜、涼拌乾絲兩款（$100/盤，如不需要可請服務人員撤走） 沾醬：辣椒醬油、干貝XO醬👍 香薰蠟燭：桌上有個可愛的🍎裡面裝了香薰蠟燭，因為它太可愛了，特地請服務人員幫我們點上，只是到用餐完畢我都沒有聞到味道😂

❝ 餐點介紹 ❞ 小菜看似平淡，卻如此驚豔 ⋉  福菜悶苦瓜：基本沒有苦味，微微的甘苦味，同桌家人一致好評 ⋉ 涼拌乾絲：乾絲入味，濕潤度剛剛好 滷水鵝片拼盤：鵝片嫩嫩、腸Q彈入味、豆腐鹹淡嘟嘟好👍

燒味雙拼： ⋉ 脆皮金磚燒肉：卡茲卡茲肥瘦搭配完美再沾上糖（我的愛），不膩口 ⋉ 燒肉 ᴏʀ 松阪豬：跟脆皮不一樣，它是帶汁的，兩種燒肉有截然不同的風味

大紅乳豬：脆脆的皮+嫩嫩的肉搭配乳豬醬，大滿足 紅米春風得意腸：紅米製成的紅紅QQ的腸粉包著油條；油條裡面藏著蝦，入口Q彈酥脆，喜歡吃炸兩的我，超推薦這道升級版的炸兩😋

召鹽鮮魷魚：我們家可愛的麻麻最愛的「魷魚」，這道菜推薦給愛吃魷魚的朋友，保有魷魚的Q度也夠乾（因為炒或炸的不夠乾會少了香味、太乾又會太硬），一道會讓你一口接一口的唰嘴

欖菜四季豆：超愛四季豆，看到必點，他們家的炒功👍 熟度掌握一極棒，口感還帶有脆度但是是有熟的那種，不是生生的，深得我心

乾煎鯧魚片：魚片肉細嫩，乾煎後淋上醬汁搭配的很OK，醬汁也不會太鹹太重而搶走鯧魚的風采✩⡱

XO醬百花油條：好吃˶⚈Ɛ⚈˵ 沒毛病

竹笙北姑燉雞：很清爽的湯品，位上一盅（大家可以選擇不一樣的湯品），每個食材都可以吃到本人的原味，湯很爽口，而且湯超級夠熱，入口好舒服

潮式干燒伊麵：麵麵兩面煎到酥脆再淋上燴汁，麵的口感是脆中帶軟Q搭配燴汁不會讓你覺得太乾

一品鮑汁炒飯：因為沒吃飽又加點了一份炒飯，炒飯粒粒分明飽滿，很推薦用他來結尾最後的鹹食部份

甜品、水果：用餐當天剛好是元宵節，所以有湯圓可以點，超貼心˙³˙ ⋉ 核桃糊湯圓：濃郁的核桃糊搭配小顆湯圓，會讓人衝動再來一碗'ᴗ' ⋉ 薑汁地瓜湯圓：真的有吸滿湯汁的地瓜 ⋉ 杏仁豆腐：同桌媽媽表示，很有功力的杏仁豆腐，很純粹的杏仁味、細緻的口感（因為我不敢吃杏仁豆腐😁但是媽媽很愛） ⋉ 水果：很基本，有進步空間
