A disappointing experience for a flagship of this scale. Oscar failed to deliver the Starbucks standard at the till. Despite an empty queue upon entry, we were left waiting at the counter while the partners wondered on their tasks at hand until the Barista at the bar made a greeting. Oscar either had a bad day or isn't a good fit for the job at the till. The first customer touch point at the till is crucial to setting the tone for the experience of the visit. Perhaps, the store manager needs to provide more motivation for the partners or find better options to cultivate a proper Starbucks experience...

Then, I tried to use the remainder of a gift card then pay the balance with a debit card: they used the gift card then USED THE DEBIT CARD TO RE-ADD THE MONEY TO THE GIRFTCARD. I left with the same amount on the girftcard I was trying to use up. I told them it was wrong, but they just went back to drive through customers and ignored me. When I finally got a manager, instead of fixing it she just kept telling me I could earn points this way, ignoring the fact I asked them to change it...
Read morePeople, do not come on Tuesdays! This place does not provide guest restroom on Tuesdays. I purchased 3 cups of coffee, and asked the barista if I could use the restroom. I needed to use the restroom badly.
The baristas told me “no” right after the word ”restroom”, and told me to walk 10 mins away to use the bathroom in other places.
Why bother coming here? There are lots of Starbucks stores. Go...
