Read more先上結論 : 沒有觀光地區的餐點這麼糟,但是附近還有其他選擇,所以只會去吃一次的店。
外場管理相當差,老闆娘大概以為自己超人很厲害可以hold整場? 一下又要調飲料,一下又要點餐,一下又要接定位,一下還要包外帶,一下還要跟她的服務員說菜要上哪桌......等等。老闆娘到底知不知道"團隊合作"這個詞?看不懂她請服務員要幹嘛了。
一進門就看客人在反應菜少上,處理了大概5分鐘才發現自己一開始忘記點。我跟其他幾位要點餐的就站著發呆。 後來,明明是她自己改我的座位卻沒有改單,讓服務員在混亂。
餐點部分,我點的是"鮮蝦腐皮捲",結果上來卻是"蔬菜蝦仁捲",每捲的蝦仁也還小小的兩三隻,裡面幾乎都是高麗菜。高麗菜本來就是水份不算少的青菜,在油鍋的高溫下水份又散不開,就跟豆皮裡面的炸粉混一起變成黏黏的膏狀物,然後還吸了些油,口感很差。豆皮倒是炸的還可以,但是不知道是油回鍋很多次,還是豆皮太便宜,就有一股焦臭味。然後也沒有附上適合的醬料,只有很鹹的醬油。 後來我就乾巴巴的咬,反正裡面有濕濕黏黏的膏狀物。 還好叉燒撈麵沒有特別糟,不過也沒有什麼特點。對了,旁邊自己裝的附湯反而還好喝多了。
也許是我要求太高吧?...
