Hola Mexican Food — Restaurant in Taichung

My husband and I were in the neighborhood this evening so tried HoLa Mexican dine in for the first time. We had the rice bowls and the chips with corn salsa. They have a vegetarian cauliflower option for all their meals (white, purple, yellow, and green cauliflower mix!) and the menu items are still really flavorful when you ask to remove the cheese and sour cream (for vegans). Plus, they have beer (Corona)! Don’t expect authentic here, but everything was super fresh! There are just a few seats in the shop — like, four. Tried this from Uber Eats and found the food a bit disappointing. The spinach artichoke dip was tasty but the quesadilla and burrito were floppy and soggy— the burrito ground meat was dry, barely seasoned. For me, as someone who grew up eating Mexican food, this is Taiwanese-style Tex Mex. Not horrible but I wouldn’t eat here...
