I was left with conflicting feelings regarding this restaurant. The interior design is very relaxing and well lit. Furthermore, the staff were courteous and helpful. We ordered the All American Full breakfast for 500 NTD and my partner ordered the breakfast with the rib for 1000 NTD. The food is pretty expensive but it's ok if it lives up to expectations.

I received my food first and decided to wait for my partner to get her food so we could eat together. We waited 5 minutes and her food still didn't arrive. Then 10 minutes... Still no food. It took 15 minutes for my partner's food to arrive and by then I had already finished my breakfast as it was getting cold.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable. My partner had a good time and experience, so out of respect for her wishes I didn't complain about this poor experience. So I'll complain now: In any restaurant, it's common practice and good manners to serve people eating together at the same time. Is it that hard to understand that diners wish to eat together? Always serve couples their food together or at least within 5 minutes of each other. Never 15 minutes apart. I'd rather wait longer to receive my own food if it means that I'll get to eat at the same time as my partner. It's common sense and business practice to do so.

When asked about the delay the staff said it was "because the steak takes longer to cook..." This isn't a valid explanation or reason at all, since it can easily be solved by prior planning and good communication between staff. People that arrived after us were getting served before us despite ordering after us. What kind of business model or logic is behind this strange service system?

How was the food? Actually, my breakfast was pretty tasty. The portions were bigger than I expected so I was pleased. However, there were no basic condiments served with the meal such as ketchup or mustard which you would expect with an "American breakfast."

I tried my partner's slow cooked, slow prepared (and definitely slowly served) rib and I thought it was pretty average and definitely exorbitantly overpriced for 1000 NTD. However, my own breakfast was satisfying and well cooked.

There are good things about this restaurant so it is a shame a lack of observational ability and common sense soured an otherwise pleasant experience. Needs better communication between the kitchen staff and...

This place was a breath of fresh air. I must give it high praise for its Italian dishes—what a delight! After days of indulging in super oily local Taiwanese fare, I was thrilled to enjoy what felt like ‘normal’ food again.

The three of us (my mother, sister, and I) shared several dishes, and most of them were hits. The Chicken Power Bowl was surprisingly good, though I didn’t realise it came with slightly glutinous brown rice—it worked out quite well. The French Toast was a bit on the dry side, but the syrup balanced it out nicely. My favourite was the Tagliatelle with Cherry Tomato Ragout—the tomato base was rich, vibrant, and perfectly cooked.

We also tried the Butter Chicken, which I initially worried might be similar to Taiwan’s often overly oily fried chicken. Thankfully, it wasn’t—it was well-prepared and satisfying. The Mushroom Soup was decent, nothing extraordinary but comforting nonetheless.

To top it off, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly. This place definitely deserves a visit for anyone craving well-executed Italian fare and a break from heavier...

Went to this newly opened restaurant for my birthday/Mother’s Day dinner. It's located on the first floor of the South building of the Lalaport mall. The food came out fast and was delicious! We got 2 kinds of French toast (and another 1 for free for spending more than 1,500 NT!). The lemon cinnamon one was my favorite, but the Nutella one was also good but pretty sweet. The crispy oven chicken was tender and flavorful, the clam tagliatelle had a nice buttery sauce and my husband enjoyed the burger (I thought it was just ok). You can also get a free birthday dessert if you sign up for a member card! Overall, the service was good and we enjoyed the meal. A bit expensive, but definitely...
