Subway 中清天津 — Restaurant in Taichung

There's a new member of staff that moves so slow when at the salad bar that you could read a book while waiting for your turn to order. And then it gets worse from there. She asked me if I wanted "everything" and I said "Yes, please." She gave me such small amounts of lettuce, cucumber and tomato that I thought it was war time rations and there must be a shortage! Not only that but she left out the olives, the jalapenos, the pickles, the onions... Basically I paid for barely half a sandwich.

It's not acceptable. I can have sympathy if she finds the workload too much or if you're a new recruit but she's been there a few weeks now and it's not improving. The other staff need to train her better or replace her.

Speaking of staff, the solitary overweight man who works at the cashier has no manners, respect or class whatsoever. He whispers, points and laughs at customers with no sense of professionalism at all.

I don't know what he finds so funny but the jokes on him since he looks like Michelin Man. Guys standing there looking like a sack of potatoes laughing at customers. If I see those two staff members again I'll just turn around and leave rather than waste my time and money on...

This is the worst like literally the worst place you can go for the subway ! I've never seen such a small sub after getting the order..... If you're seeing this comment , please don't go to this location for Subway cuz they are the worst, there's so little lettuce and vegetables in there that you can't even see!!! Also their bread are very stale and hard like a stone!! The final sub is like half the size of what you should get!!! I can't believe this place is...

The staff served my children today & did a lazy job. LAZY!!

They toasted the sub without asking. They didn’t ask which cheese option They added so little lettuce without the measuring cup.

They were the thinest subs I’ve eaten in Taichung. And I’ve been eating subs for 20 years +. My first & last time in this location.

If u are the manager & need more info to check the time & date on your video cameras pls don’t hesitate...
