We have eaten here a few times and also took away food. Favourites are: 1. Roasted pork (Siu Nyuk) congee in clay pot. We added pork liver in it, as recommended by the owner, May. Amazing taste, liver is very fresh and well cooked. Smooth and tender. Highly recommend this. 2. Fish congee, generous amount of sliced fish cooked perfectly. 3. Clay pot rice with tender chicken, lap cheong and liver sausages- well marinated chicken, rice is charred at the base, just how it should be!. Highly recommended. 4. Cheong fan - done well, we had the mushroom/ truffle version. Will order again. Authentic cantonese cooking. Quick service, baby chair is available. Definitely our go-to spot in...

Really nice Hong Kong dim sum. So many dishes to choose from w fair prices. We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to try everything out. I highly recommend their congee, very simple but rich in flavor. I also liked their sweet taro, fish n scallion rolls, beef steamed vermicelli roll, and their veggies! Their water spinach w fermented tofu paste was really nice and so appetizing. Their service was nice, super quick ordering n food serving time, environment was really busy and a bit of a mess but w nice vibes. Great for familial gatherings. U can get a dessert for free if u share a post...

As a local HKer tasting HK food, I must admit that the food here brings reminiscence rather than c’est-manifique type of response. Maybe the reviews are mostly from Taiwan people. Hargow and SiuMaai are above average but the chicken feet are geared to local taste to be more sweety rather than authentic “si-chiu” type of taste. Maintaining customers here of utmost importance, therefore gearing tasting are inevitable. Btw, if the “yuen-yeung” could let customers add there own sweetness be better cause I found that it us too sweet. Keep up...

Really nice Hong Kong dim sum. So many dishes to choose from w fair prices. We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to try everything out. I highly recommend their congee, very simple but rich in flavor. I also liked their sweet taro, fish n scallion rolls, beef steamed vermicelli roll, and their veggies! Their water spinach w fermented tofu paste was really nice and so appetizing. Their service was nice, super quick ordering n food serving time, environment was really busy and a bit of a mess but w nice vibes. Great for familial gatherings. 2020.08.02(日) 中午11:00 4人用餐(初次) 因為是假日,11點一開門幾乎已經坐滿 生意非常好,服務人員很多服務也不錯,但是座位排的比較擠,走道較窄,整個空間又都是人會蠻熱的,有冷氣也不涼,這是比較可惜的部分。 點餐方式:劃完單先到櫃檯結帳,明細單放桌邊方便人員對單。 是否收取服務費:否 餐點(個人口味,⭕:下次會點,➖:可點可不點,❌:下次不點) ⭕蟹黃蒸燒賣:第一道上的,蒸籠一打開狂冒蒸氣,一咬蟹黃和鮮蝦的鮮味馬上爆滿口中,餡料是鮮肉加上鮮蝦所以只有鮮這個字可以形容。 ⭕海南雞:店內招牌,個人覺得單點比較划算,是一整隻雞腿肉切片去骨,雞肉很入味入口是嫩而不爛,維持了雞腿本來的油脂和彈性,可以嚐鮮,另外辣椒醬和蔥油很推薦的,非常香。 ⭕水晶蝦餃皇:薄薄的皮包了三隻白蝦,料多實在,不用多說,就是好吃,附的辣椒醬一定要試,會更提出層次感。 ⭕蠔油西生菜:一盤份量還蠻多的,川燙後淋上蠔油,鹹香鹹香,感覺沒有負擔。 ❌腐乳空心菜:這道菜蠻普通的,是用大管的空心菜切成長段,燙過淋上腐乳醬,家人一致通過下次不會再點。 ⭕柱侯牛腩撈麵(粗麵):這道是全部餐點裡我最喜歡的,主角牛腩真的燉的很軟爛,還有牛筋也是一樣美味,雖然是乾麵,但是湯頭味道不會過鹹反而甘醇,是原汁口味的,粗麵在拌過之後可以完整的被牛肉湯包覆,每一口都能嚐到牛肉湯的香氣與味道👍 ❌臘味排骨煲仔飯:這道純粹是嚐鮮點的,是泰國米+燉的軟爛的排骨+香腸臘腸 ,調味鹹香排骨軟爛,但是醬汁只有依靠排骨的調味,所以米飯的鹹味不是很均勻,再加上我們不愛吃鍋巴,這道吃到來底下的飯幾乎都是鍋巴,所以這道是因為個人口味不會再點。 ⭕凍檸茶:一大杯75元有滿滿檸檬的凍檸茶,真的很解膩,本身的紅茶味道非常剛好微甜,要記得把檸檬壓一壓才會有酸酸甜甜的味道,這杯cp值極高。 ➖絲襪奶茶:店家很貼心的將冰塊分開用碗圍在奶茶周圍,所以喝到完都很濃郁,帶有一些巧克力味,因為不愛巧克力,所以可點可不點。 ❌鮮蝦雲吞河粉:河粉是純米做的所有比較軟也有米香,雲吞蝦味十足很好吃,湯頭是普通的高湯,比較沒有層次感,整體來說是很普通的一道料理。 ⭕鮮蝦腐皮捲:腐皮炸的酥脆,內餡包著鮮蝦、香菜、豬肉漿,味道有層次,口感很新穎。 ➖春風得意腸粉:份量很足,裡面包了油條、鮮蝦、豬肉漿、芹菜和少許香菜,這道以口感上來說很特別,但味道較複雜一些,裡面的配料都各自搶戲,反而忘記原本腸粉的本質,但家人都算喜歡。 ⭕香煎韭菜餅:包了鮮蝦、韭菜,整體吃的到韭菜和鮮蝦的融合感,中規中矩的好吃。 ⭕黃金芝麻球:外皮滿滿芝麻,裡面是流沙奶黃內餡,很香,但是真的很燙,吃的時候要小心。 ⭕蜜汁叉燒包:它的外皮很有彈性但是又軟,很難用文字形容,因為是蜜汁叉燒比較甜一點,但是整體是好吃的。 ⭕黃金流沙包:外皮發的很鬆軟,人員很貼心沒有將蒸籠蓋收走,讓它保持高溫,才能流沙,內餡甜而不膩,帶了一些鹹蛋黃的香氣,像我不愛鹹蛋黃的人都覺得好吃,非常推薦! ➖松露野菇腸粉:可能是因為它是最後一道,大家已經飽到天靈蓋,所以品嚐不出它的美味,料很飽滿,腸粉很有彈性,松露味很濃郁,很可以品嚐。 ➖楊枝甘露:濃郁的芒果味加上鮮奶油打在一起,配上西米露,整體不會太甜,但是在吃了這麼多餐點後來上一杯,還是覺得有一點小膩,喜歡芒果的人可以點點看。 ⭕芋頭西米露:很好吃👍相比楊枝甘露,它比較不會讓人膩口,而且品嘉打卡就送,所以😋😋😋 總結:以港點來說,品嘉真的不算貴,能感覺店家很認真經營,老闆娘也親自帶位,詢問客人餐點如何、是否合口味,服務人員手腳很俐落,上菜速度快,也會跟客人寒暄。餐點都是能符合大眾口味的,但至於是不是地道港味,就見仁見智了,但能確定的是我下次還會再來品嚐其他料理😍

This place has decent canto food. The hot sauce is super good, same as I remembered from Hong Kong. The Hainan chicken rice was great and the radish cake was spot on. The fish congee was nice and thick. The hargow (shrimp dumpling) and the shrimp cheungfan (steamed shrimp rolls) were no good and the gailan (Chinese broccoli) wasn't fresh. But I'm willing to overlook them since everything else was pretty good. Honestly the radish cake was awesome. It brought me back to Hong Kong (I lived there for eight years).

This place has decent canto food. The hot sauce is super good, same as I remembered from Hong Kong. The Hainan chicken rice was great and the radish cake was spot on. The fish congee was nice and thick. The hargow (shrimp dumpling) and the shrimp cheungfan (steamed shrimp rolls) were no good and the gailan (Chinese broccoli) wasn't fresh. But I'm willing to overlook them since everything else was pretty good. Honestly the radish cake was awesome. It brought me back to Hong Kong (I lived there for eight years).
