美食帳：eat_eat_fat_fun_ 歡迎追蹤 從東平路搬到東和路的一間越南料理～ 🤤2號餐（鮮牛肉河粉、涼拌木瓜）$140 🤤8號餐（烤肉麵包、春捲、煉乳咖啡）$185 牛肉河粉的豚骨湯頭味道很清淡，牛肉不柴不嫩偏普，肉量滿多的，是有點厚度的肉片。配料有玉米、蘿蔔、青菜，河粉很軟，還不錯吃。有辣椒、檸檬、魚露…等調味可以自己加，生辣椒超辣，不要一次加太多！ 烤肉麵包外酥內軟，配料有番茄、小黃瓜（我們沒加香菜），肉吃起來像絞肉，醬汁滿多的，吃起來不會很乾，好吃。 涼拌春捲冰冰涼涼的沾醬吃很清爽，味道也不會很重（好像沒香菜），皮也不會一下子就爛掉，不用擔心會吃的很醜，超讚！但沾醬偏甜，建議自己加檸檬中和，比較好吃。 涼拌木瓜的木瓜絲微硬，醬料偏少，吃起來酸酸辣辣的，但我們一致不推這道，很普。 煉乳咖啡的冰塊很多、偏甜，喝起來很像伯朗咖啡，但還不錯啦！ 這間還滿常做錯餐點的，有次點雞蛋麵做成河粉，有次點河粉變成米線，可能老闆想給客人一點驚喜感？食物口感也偏看運氣，一樣點春捲有次就超硬超難咬的… 整體來說，這間主食單點偏貴，但份量很多，感覺點套餐比較划算，就是一間我們會一直回訪的越南料理😆

這真的是讓我頭一次留這麽多評論、令人感覺很差，而且也不太老實的店。 因為男朋友在健身房工作，他說底下教練們都會吃這間，覺得好吃推薦我過來購買。 昨天正值中午期間看起來沒什麼人也不忙碌，但店員好像也不太想理會我們，之後菜單看了一下蠻花的，所以點了海鮮椰奶牛肉年糕跟蝦醬牛肉炒河粉，還有兩杯煉乳咖啡。 點完等餐期間再研究一次菜單，發現原來我們這樣可以配套餐，詢問後店員說飲料做好了已不能改，他說這套餐與單點飲料差在大小杯，大杯的有500cc，但如果點餐當下能建議客人參考及選擇我覺得感受會差蠻多的。 回去後期待如男友說的好吃的味道，結果吃了之後我的沒有什麼蝦醬味道，牛肉也硬到咬不動… 另一位的椰奶湯頭不錯，但也沒什麼椰奶味，然後居然裡面只有兩隻蝦子跟年糕，連牛肉都沒有… 這到底是什麼坑人的餐點…..再來就是咖啡根本連400cc都沒有，怎麼會有這種店家真的令人傻眼。 後來男友問我覺得口味如何好不好吃，我直接跟他說這真的是一次店，教練們也不需要再點了

當時雖然是餐期，但我很確定根本不忙，甚至就只有我們一組客人，這種不忙的時候煮東西，裡面有沒有放食材會完全看不出來???

貴店也經營一段時間了，還可以在不忙碌的時候犯下這種低級誇張的錯誤，還是你們就是在賭客人會不會發現而已??

我可以為了好吃的東西特地去，但你們這種店家， 我不會特地去退款也不會再讓你們重做。
