結論：好吃，高CP，可常來。 近期有被部落客舉辦的投票，選為台南市第八名好吃的義大利麵。

餐點鮭魚堅果白醬義大利麵，波羅那肉醬麵（全豬），海鮮墨魚醬披薩，提拉米蘇。

先說麵體，不論是寬麵或一般長條義大利麵，是我喜歡煮得稍微硬心的義大利麵，也是標準義大利麵的煮法，軟怕怕的義大利麵真的是吃不下去。

再說堅果白醬汁，除了加了堅果，還不手軟加了大量的起司，讓醬汁濃郁綿密，每一口都能收服你的心，但為了怕膩，老闆放了大絕招：酸豆，讓微微的酸味去掉奶油，起司，堅果綜合的濃郁感，讓你可以一口接一口，一下子即可清空盤底。

波羅那肉醬是純豬肉製成，一般來說是牛豬混合，讓肉醬的肉味更香濃，口感也更柔嫩，但沒想到純豬的肉醬能做得香濃美味，沒有豬肉的乾澀感。在調味上，大部分餐廳以羅勒，月桂葉等香草增香，但在這裡我卻沒翻到.... 而是以濃濃帕西莉的香氣取代，特別又可口。

披薩的餅皮大概是目前吃到最薄脆好吃的，加上墨魚醬汁，微辣的墨西哥辣椒，海鮮和摩斯瑞拉起司，非常可口。

另外，還有一個雞肉起司薄餅，印象餡料滿滿，還會邊吃邊掉，口味比較沒印象，但是對於墨西哥辣椒那種爽直，毫不拖泥帶水的讓你整個口腔都辣的辣感，印象深刻。

餐包真是如大家都評論，小小一顆，但是麵體香Q紮實，抹大蒜味的cream...
