台南にある肉系のどんぶり飯は、基本、大外れはないというのが個人的な感覚なのですが、同じ肉系でもステーキ丼だけは、ちょとあまりおいしいものに巡り会えたことがありません。 こちらのお店は、牛肉ステーキ丼が2種類、豚肉ステーキ丼が1種類からなります。そのなかから、牛肩肉のステーキ丼をいただきました。タレの味付けがやや甘め、肉はまずまずジュシー。大學路の丼まる、や、林森路の天滿橋のステーキ丼よりはこちらの方がおいしいですが、総じてなんか普通、というかちょと微妙。と感じます。あまり期待して訪問しない方がいいです。やはり台南では、丼なら、豚丼、唐揚げ丼、牛丼をおとなしく食べてる方が失敗しません。 店頭にて、口頭注文。外帶であれば料金先払い、内用は後払いです。混雑具合によって、サーブするまでに10分ほどかかります。
