也許是我不懂得吃，不能理解曹師傅的蛋黃酥為了酥脆的口感，把其他元素都破壞了。

看得出來餅皮有多層酥脆，其他部分很糟糕。蛋黃和豆沙內餡乾成出現粉狀型態。 烘培良好的成品理應不該出現底部破裂內餡而讓內餡跑出來。NG品有該有標誌，不應該把失敗的商品，商家的成本轉嫁給消費者。 （除非店家要求的水準就是這麼高水平，所以不認為它是NG品）

當天買回家裡品嚐，在名店中買到地雷商品也是不容易。其他麵包、蛋糕品質上符合水準。蛋黃酥非常不能理解、...
