The barista gave me the coffee menu, but he didn't tell me the espresso machine was down. Most coffee on the menu was not available.
After checking out, I went back to my seat to wait for my tea. The barista chatted with another barista for ~5 minutes doing nothing, then he suddenly came to me. He said he had charged me the wrong price, so he needed to get extra NT$10 from me. After another 5 minutes he finally gave me my tea.
