Yoshi Hotel — Hotel in Tainan

The superb recently-appointed manager MS. Chang, made our experience at the Yoshi Hotel into a delightful overnight visit. The Agoda listing of this facility was not sufficiently specific about the room we booked so on arrival it turned out to be far from what we required--and Agoda did not allow the booking to be changed. Fortunately, the manager MS Chang took the initiative to make the necessary changes to allow us to switch to a much larger room at a very reasonable rate.

Stayed there in December of 2023. Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Room is a bit small but still very comfortable. Although the building is old, the hotel was renovated approximately 3 years ago so the set up is fairly new. Very close to the Tainan train station. Room has almost everything you need except for iron and ironing board but I'm sure it is by request only. The toilet seat has the automatic bidet too! The bathroom may get wet after showering because there isn't a shower curtain but this really is a small matter. Super convenient location! Chose to stay here one night on my last day in Tainan as I was going to Chiayi early morning the next day. Room was very clean, had lots of television channels, and most importantly it was so convenient! There were 2 malls nearby as well. Do note however that the noise insulation isn’t very good, hahah, I could hear the people closing and opening their doors each time at night, but this is just a small issue, overall, people staying here were very considerate I must say! When I checked out today, the lady at the counter also asked if wanted an Americano. So sweet of her! Staff are all very courteous in general!
