第一次在google 留評論，還是給負評，因為這次經驗實在太糟糕了。 我下午5點40在網絡上預訂快取，系統顯示取餐時間是18:05，我在18:05左右到達，可能是因為活動的關係，人潮洶湧，因為取餐螢幕上準備中的餐點也滿滿滿，心理有做好無法依照預定時間取餐的準備。但等了又等，螢幕遲遲沒有出現我的單號，因為已線上付款，也線上也無法取消訂單（打客服也都不通），直到40分鐘過去，後來問了身邊同樣等很久的人，才知道她也是下午就預定18:10取餐，但也尚未取到餐點。無奈之下，只好跟著前面的人排隊（預定快取的櫃台），才發現即使是預定快取，也要排隊，而且是好不容易排到你，報上單號服務人員才開始準備餐點（感覺自己線上預定是一整個裝肖維），然後最後終於取到餐點的時間已經將近晚上7點。 詢問現場服務人員，沒有人可以清楚說明到底怎麼回事，應該是現場人員根本不想回應我。我不想當奧客，也可以理解因為訂單大增導致作業塞車，但從訂餐系統到店內的作業流程通通都有問題。如果訂單這麼多，根本不可能在18:05做好，那不是應該依實際訂單狀況去顯示預訂取餐時間，這樣我們在訂購時可以評估是否要訂，以及幾點過去。 而現場如果因為訂單塞車而需要調整取餐方式，也應該清楚告知，而不是讓我們傻傻等著螢幕出現自己的單號，卻始終等不到，最後還得現場排長長的隊才能取餐。 雖然很想維持修養，但實際上真的覺得一肚子氣。

打烊時間還沒到 女店員的一群朋友們就到櫃台外等她 店員一邊點餐、備餐一邊聊 幸好是內用，到二樓一陣子才發現沒給蛋撻 還看了一下明細確定不是自己搞錯 幸好店員馬上補給很客氣 阿不過再上樓之後打開飲料喝一口 幹怎麼是紅茶我不是點可樂去冰嗎 再看一次明細... 原來店員打成 冰紅茶（小） 可樂（小） 去冰*2 然後送來的是一杯可樂一杯紅茶 威～～可不可以認真打工啦 —— 再補充一點，吃到一半被趕了～～ 點餐的時候店員問內用還是外帶，還特地問了一下內用可以到11:30才說內用 點餐時也還不到10:30 然後還沒11點一位男店員就上來大收特收垃圾、拖地 然後站在我們後面只說了五個字：「我們要收了」 .....蛤？你們店員之間想提早下班也先溝通好吧 打工仔真的母湯來破壞這間店之前一直以來給我ㄉ好印象

要留言才發現兩年前已經給過一星評論... ------------------------------------------------------------------ 今天2021/11/28 晚間約7點去購買晚餐，店內可能因為開放其他外送平台的服務所以人很多，點完餐點約20分鐘後拿到餐，回家吃到最後吃雞塊發現跟之前吃過的雞塊顏色外觀看起來不一樣（長得不像菜單上那個樣子），雞塊外表摸起來超油，咬了一口發現裡面超軟，很像有的早餐店鮪魚蛋餅用的那種膏狀的鮪魚的口感，把其他塊撥開也是同樣軟爛，只能整包丟掉，另外今天拿到的可樂也是沒氣的糖水...

要留言才發現兩年前已經給過一星評論... ------------------------------------------------------------------ 今天2021/11/28 晚間約7點去購買晚餐，店內可能因為開放其他外送平台的服務所以人很多，點完餐點約20分鐘後拿到餐，回家吃到最後吃雞塊發現跟之前吃過的雞塊顏色外觀看起來不一樣（長得不像菜單上那個樣子），雞塊外表摸起來超油，咬了一口發現裡面超軟，很像有的早餐店鮪魚蛋餅用的那種膏狀的鮪魚的口感，把其他塊撥開也是同樣軟爛，只能整包丟掉，另外今天拿到的可樂也是沒氣的糖水...

03/14 What a terrible service. I came two hours before they closed and they didn't have anything I wanted for my dinner. First I wanted to try the new Kentaco and when I got there the clerk asked for me and they said they had two portions left. Then the manager stormed off saying "We ran out of Kentaco!!!" As he started to yell the clerk for not consulting with him first. So I had to change my order... I enjoy eating the original (no spicy) flavor of their fried chicken and they didn't have SIMPLE FRIED CHICKEN, I mean I would understand if this was Burger King where they sell burgers, but this is KFC how come they won't have plain no spicy fried chicken... The attitude of the staff was horrible, definitely not coming back. I would've gone to McDonald's in the first place but they were...

Cozy place for group dining! The fast food restaurant near to NCKU campus is a terrific place to gather together and hang out eating. Their chicken and other dishes are so yummy! Seats are all upstairs. The environment is clean and bright, well maintained. So good to enjoy the scrumptious food...

The counter service is completely messed up. I placed a online order two days ago, but I still need to wait at there for almost an hour in order to get my food. The worker didn't take my question seriously at all. I ask for help once per 10 minute and he just ask...
