Food was average but totally not worthy that price. Overpriced. Ordered the fillet main at the price of NT3280 without any drinks. 2 of us spent over NT 7000.The potion & taste of foods both were disappointed. Surprised me that the staff even didn’t check with customer for the steak doneness before serving. Also Very upset with only Cash payment. This is a fine dining 30 years old French restaurant which one dish costs at least over NT2000. Without card payment and it really make us felt embarrassed at the end and inconvenience. Anyway , it will be the first and last . I love French food but never got experience like this so disappointed ☹️ Not feeling...

Waitors here are very humorous and sweet, they always think about what you need before you ask. Not only perfect service is outstanding, the food here are definitely worthy to pay a visit. From bread, side dishes to main, till dessert, you won't feel disappointed at any moment. I highly recommend you to order "duck liver with steak"(生鮮鴨肝羅悉尼牛排). Both duck liver and steak are extremely tender. The greatest is when duck liver melts in your month. Just a side note, they have limited special dish, only for one table per night, if you want to surprise your significant other, preordering the special dish could be an...

人生第一次吃法式無菜單,顛覆我蠻多看法的,先說結論:絕對值得這個售價的餐廳,情緒價值給好給滿,東西好吃而且可以吃得很飽! 以下依序介紹當日用餐的菜色: 1.一開始會詢問要氣泡水或是一般水,水資是100元喝到飽,氣泡水超級好喝!第一次知道水也可以這麼好喝!而且補水的速度還蠻快的 2.前菜白玉蝸牛:沒吃過蝸牛,口感蠻特別的,吃得出來是蝸牛🐌 3.牛舌脆餅:處理得很脆彈的牛舌配上脆餅,特別有印象的是牛舌口感很Q彈,而不是很軟嫩,調味蠻好的 4.小卷包玉米的冷湯:作法蠻有創意的,玉米粒不會因為包在小卷裡就隨便塞,滿粒粒分明的,配上味道很濃的起司薄餅,還有油醋味的冷湯,很新奇的味道,而且蠻和諧的 5.開胃麵包:綠綠一小顆是羅勒蒜味奶油,蒜味很重,麵包表層超酥,酥到極致那種,稍微撕扯就會碎滿地,很好吃的開胃麵包 6.章魚腳:處理到非常好入口的章魚腳,搭配蕎麥增添了脆口的感覺,淋在上面的是啤酒花泡沫,有一點像啤酒的味道,特別令人驚豔的是章魚腳很好入口 7.炸飯糰:酥脆的炸衣包裹米飯跟松阪豬,沒有因為炸過裡面的飯就變得乾硬,是一道看起來像炸肉丸但吃起來真的是飯糰的料理,松阪豬有點碎感覺不太出來口感 -中場-:開始表演火焰柳橙薄餅的削皮,這個表演會分階段安排至用餐環節,第一階段是削皮秀(老闆會一直臭屁他比法國人削得更長更細,中間有很多修飾的用語,但其實就是他是全世界最會表演削皮的人😂真調皮)而且會邊削邊唱生日快樂歌。 8.鮑魚澄清湯:利用蛋白處理不斷過濾掉雜質的澄清湯,喝起來就是一個甘甜甘甜沒有雜質的味道,鮑魚吃起來很像乾香菇泡開的味道 9.主餐環節,服務生會花很多時間介紹食用方式,中間會一邊介紹一邊切給你吃,等全部食用方法都介紹完畢才會讓客人自行用餐,這個環節見仁見智,很急著吃到主餐的人可能會覺得很多餘,喜歡細細品嚐的人會很享受這樣的服務。 9-1.威靈頓牛排:如果是被店長服務的客人,店長還會幫你把歷史故事都說一遍,這道料理有很多層次,三樣東西分開製作容易,但組裝在一起就是一大挑戰,外殼的酥、鵝肝蘑菇的香、牛排的嫩控制得極佳,可說是精品等級,不過….沒吃過威靈頓牛排的我覺得這道菜味道有點「太複雜了」,有點吃不懂….隨餐會附上頗辣的黃色辣椒,可以配著吃 9-2.紅茶雞:用低溫烹調的方式舒肥後再煎的雞排,雞皮壓成超薄的薄餅可以搭配食用,吃起來就是蠻嫩的雞肉,沒有雞的腥味,搭配栗子醬一起食用會有個滿濃郁的栗子味 9-3.羊排:我認為是當天點的主餐最好吃的一道,「完全」沒有任何一點羊騷味,認真!1%都沒有!吃起來很像超嫩的牛排!聽店長說是什麼和牛羊,這道菜真的完美!有機會再來一定要選羊排當主餐,太好吃了!羊排的末端貼骨肉會額外烤到全熟上菜,但其實沒什麼肉了,吃個氣味而已 9-4.每道主餐隨餐馬鈴薯千層,還蠻好吃的,服務生會細心解釋切法,讓客人用餐時不會切得散散的,還有烤的杏鮑菇 10.甜點冰淇淋:點綴香草油的冰淇淋,吃起來酸酸甜甜的,酸味多一些 -中後場火焰秀- 開始表演火焰柳橙薄餅的煮醬料倒白蘭地點火環節,因為店長切得很細很長,整串柳橙皮要著火難度就會變得很高,接下來也是一番臭屁😂 11.餐後飲品:我點的是美式咖啡,我覺得比起其他人點的國寶茶跟熱可可更適合後半段的甜點饗宴(女生應該吃到這邊就不行了,想不到甜點還有超多道) -特別注意-:店家的熱可可不是你想像中的那種「熱巧克力」,是真的「可可」,喝起來像是帶有巧克力前端發酵味的熱飲 12.覆盆子千層酥:這道甜品「非常好吃」!跟餐前麵包一樣的酥爆,搭配甜而不膩的覆盆子醬,真的超級好吃!所以才說餐後飲品點美式是最搭的,同行的女性友人已經戰力歸零,所以我又吃了一份,好快樂😍 13.餅乾:有點辣的牛軋糖跟巧克力味很濃的泡芙(沒有加點這就是最後一道) 14.火焰柳橙薄餅(搞半天終於上菜) 醬汁最後會再用玉米澱粉、柳橙甜酒、檸檬汁調味,店長會自己試吃然後說感受到戀愛的味道了😂這道甜點我覺得主要就是點來看表演,吃起來的話就是捲起來的薄餅,很好吃的自製白蘭地冰淇淋(沒有乳化劑會溶很快),搞很久的醬汁就是酸甜酸甜這樣,通常吃到這真的已經非常飽了 15.如果情侶用餐會特別再送上一個紅絲絨蛋糕跟一束花,情緒價值給好給滿 -特別感謝- 這次用餐其實是配合同學來求婚的,店家還配合放音樂跟讓我們架腳架錄影,給...

人生第一次吃法式無菜單,顛覆我蠻多看法的,先說結論:絕對值得這個售價的餐廳,情緒價值給好給滿,東西好吃而且可以吃得很飽! 以下依序介紹當日用餐的菜色: 1.一開始會詢問要氣泡水或是一般水,水資是100元喝到飽,氣泡水超級好喝!第一次知道水也可以這麼好喝!而且補水的速度還蠻快的 2.前菜白玉蝸牛:沒吃過蝸牛,口感蠻特別的,吃得出來是蝸牛🐌 3.牛舌脆餅:處理得很脆彈的牛舌配上脆餅,特別有印象的是牛舌口感很Q彈,而不是很軟嫩,調味蠻好的 4.小卷包玉米的冷湯:作法蠻有創意的,玉米粒不會因為包在小卷裡就隨便塞,滿粒粒分明的,配上味道很濃的起司薄餅,還有油醋味的冷湯,很新奇的味道,而且蠻和諧的 5.開胃麵包:綠綠一小顆是羅勒蒜味奶油,蒜味很重,麵包表層超酥,酥到極致那種,稍微撕扯就會碎滿地,很好吃的開胃麵包 6.章魚腳:處理到非常好入口的章魚腳,搭配蕎麥增添了脆口的感覺,淋在上面的是啤酒花泡沫,有一點像啤酒的味道,特別令人驚豔的是章魚腳很好入口 7.炸飯糰:酥脆的炸衣包裹米飯跟松阪豬,沒有因為炸過裡面的飯就變得乾硬,是一道看起來像炸肉丸但吃起來真的是飯糰的料理,松阪豬有點碎感覺不太出來口感 -中場-:開始表演火焰柳橙薄餅的削皮,這個表演會分階段安排至用餐環節,第一階段是削皮秀(老闆會一直臭屁他比法國人削得更長更細,中間有很多修飾的用語,但其實就是他是全世界最會表演削皮的人😂真調皮)而且會邊削邊唱生日快樂歌。 8.鮑魚澄清湯:利用蛋白處理不斷過濾掉雜質的澄清湯,喝起來就是一個甘甜甘甜沒有雜質的味道,鮑魚吃起來很像乾香菇泡開的味道 9.主餐環節,服務生會花很多時間介紹食用方式,中間會一邊介紹一邊切給你吃,等全部食用方法都介紹完畢才會讓客人自行用餐,這個環節見仁見智,很急著吃到主餐的人可能會覺得很多餘,喜歡細細品嚐的人會很享受這樣的服務。 9-1.威靈頓牛排:如果是被店長服務的客人,店長還會幫你把歷史故事都說一遍,這道料理有很多層次,三樣東西分開製作容易,但組裝在一起就是一大挑戰,外殼的酥、鵝肝蘑菇的香、牛排的嫩控制得極佳,可說是精品等級,不過….沒吃過威靈頓牛排的我覺得這道菜味道有點「太複雜了」,有點吃不懂….隨餐會附上頗辣的黃色辣椒,可以配著吃 9-2.紅茶雞:用低溫烹調的方式舒肥後再煎的雞排,雞皮壓成超薄的薄餅可以搭配食用,吃起來就是蠻嫩的雞肉,沒有雞的腥味,搭配栗子醬一起食用會有個滿濃郁的栗子味 9-3.羊排:我認為是當天點的主餐最好吃的一道,「完全」沒有任何一點羊騷味,認真!1%都沒有!吃起來很像超嫩的牛排!聽店長說是什麼和牛羊,這道菜真的完美!有機會再來一定要選羊排當主餐,太好吃了!羊排的末端貼骨肉會額外烤到全熟上菜,但其實沒什麼肉了,吃個氣味而已 9-4.每道主餐隨餐馬鈴薯千層,還蠻好吃的,服務生會細心解釋切法,讓客人用餐時不會切得散散的,還有烤的杏鮑菇 10.甜點冰淇淋:點綴香草油的冰淇淋,吃起來酸酸甜甜的,酸味多一些 -中後場火焰秀- 開始表演火焰柳橙薄餅的煮醬料倒白蘭地點火環節,因為店長切得很細很長,整串柳橙皮要著火難度就會變得很高,接下來也是一番臭屁😂 11.餐後飲品:我點的是美式咖啡,我覺得比起其他人點的國寶茶跟熱可可更適合後半段的甜點饗宴(女生應該吃到這邊就不行了,想不到甜點還有超多道) -特別注意-:店家的熱可可不是你想像中的那種「熱巧克力」,是真的「可可」,喝起來像是帶有巧克力前端發酵味的熱飲 12.覆盆子千層酥:這道甜品「非常好吃」!跟餐前麵包一樣的酥爆,搭配甜而不膩的覆盆子醬,真的超級好吃!所以才說餐後飲品點美式是最搭的,同行的女性友人已經戰力歸零,所以我又吃了一份,好快樂😍 13.餅乾:有點辣的牛軋糖跟巧克力味很濃的泡芙(沒有加點這就是最後一道) 14.火焰柳橙薄餅(搞半天終於上菜) 醬汁最後會再用玉米澱粉、柳橙甜酒、檸檬汁調味,店長會自己試吃然後說感受到戀愛的味道了😂這道甜點我覺得主要就是點來看表演,吃起來的話就是捲起來的薄餅,很好吃的自製白蘭地冰淇淋(沒有乳化劑會溶很快),搞很久的醬汁就是酸甜酸甜這樣,通常吃到這真的已經非常飽了 15.如果情侶用餐會特別再送上一個紅絲絨蛋糕跟一束花,情緒價值給好給滿 -特別感謝- 這次用餐其實是配合同學來求婚的,店家還配合放音樂跟讓我們架腳架錄影,給我們一個難忘的回憶💍✨
