Read more店家用FB公告4/8晚上6:30-7:30在景安捷運站取蛋糕,我7:15到捷運站,店家說有一批草莓輕奶霜塔還沒到,因為他們訂單出錯,現在正從萬華送來景安的路上,至少還要等15分鐘「以上」。 若不想等,可以「隔天」改由lalamove宅配,為什麼我知道是隔天才能呢?因為回家後我私訊粉專詢問能否當晚就配送,結果店家回說已經打烊囉^_^ 哈囉我就是只有這個時段能自取才選的,7:30後馬上就有別的事情,況且我預計就是4/8拿到要吃的啊,憑甚麼要等到隔天?? 你們打烊了但是lalamove還沒欸!有心的店家不會這樣處理吧? 而且隔天送來的蛋糕,不就是4/8客人無法取貨的,店家一路從萬華帶到景安,又從景安運回倉庫,放進冰庫一晚,隔天再拿出來配送的嗎? 反覆的解凍退冰、來回車程運送,不會影響新鮮度?那我當初直接下4/9的訂單不是最新鮮最讚? 聽完店家辯解落落長的出包理由,我真的醉了,況且發現錯誤不是應該要馬上FB發文通知,或致電客人告知解決方式嗎?要等客人到了現場才在說,無法等的人不就是白跑一趟嗎? 然後店家FB貼文很愛寫,過了取餐時間後他們一律不接手機,我原本就是急急忙忙的趕去,結果竟然得知要等候到超過取餐時間,這是我第一次見識這麽經典的雙重標準。 然後甚麼叫若「不想等」可以改宅配,那店家訂取餐時間只是參考用的? 而且捷運站出口根本無法臨停(超過15分鐘不叫臨停了吧= =),被開罰單店家要負責嗎?...
