So this one of those places where you book ahead and the owner prepares multiple dishes based on your prior arranged price point.

What an absolute delightful experience with amazing food! The owners are super friendly, the dishes are fresh and creative, the place is small but is decorated nicely. Initially I was a little worried about the quantity of food as I do have quite an appetite. To my delightful surprise, the owner made sure that both my friend and I were full and even offered us more if we were still hungry.

Would most def comeback for round two, 5 stars...

I had omakase 7 or 8 course meal tonight. Fantastically fresh sushi, sashimi and some cooked dishes. It's Japanese with a tinge of Taiwan. Very delicious. I will come again within this year. If you are an English native speaker, make sure you have a Taiwanese friend/compatriot/lover with you for translation purposes. The banter definitely adds to the awesome flavours. Costs around 100+ sgd per person. Chef has a very very sharp knife. So you know you're getting a good non-tattered piece...

The "Jiro of Taiwan" - definitely one of Taipei's best kept secrets. We were treated to lunch by a local and what a treat! 10 dishes served Omakase style capped off by a refreshing fresh fruit dessert. Every dish is a masterpiece work of art and absolutely delicious!
