I got an appointment directly after calling. I booked the 2,400NT package. It was very relaxing and soothing. The masseuse was very nice and asked if the pressure was durable and if there are body parts she should especially concentrate on. I have very heavy shoulder and lower back pain, so I didn't really expect them to go away with just one appointment. I was positively pleased when my lower back was completely painfree (my right shoulder still hurt, but a lot less). The massages were very thoughtful and soothing. In my opinion it was too much foot/leg massage and too less back/shoulder/back massage. That is everyone's taste though. The personal was very friendly and didn't hesistate to ask you if you needed help, what was pretty helpful as I am a shy person. I did not feel any embarrassment or uneasiness. Update: As mentioned below, last few times the standard of massage has been great, however this past trip, it was probably one of the most uncomfortable massages i have ever had. I had the same package as before, but the masseuse seemed uninterested when i told her it was not comfortable, and continued as is. Afterwards just informing the front desk, all they said is ok. As much as i like the this place, for the price, the standard should not be so different everytime, its almost like a lottery!

Usually come here every month or two. The environment is very comfortable, relaxing and clean. In the past the masseuse standard would sometimes be uneven, however that has improved alot and deserves praise. The package for NT2400 is pricey, but it is definately well worth it....

When paying with credit card, I was asked whether to pay in NTS or KRW - yes, the notorious DCC. I explicitly declined DCC, by circling NTS in the receipt. Few days later, I found out they made the transaction in KRW anyway, and I was charged 5 percent extra. It is one thing to 'offer' DCC, but it is another to ignore customer's explicit choice and have it your way anyway. Sure, the DCC fee costed me less than 10 USD. No big deal, sure.
