Today, I had a cup of caramel sea salt coffee latte. I quite enjoyed how the rich, savoury saltiness blended perfectly with the smooth latte. My friend had also pre-ordered a 4-inch Tieguanyin chiffon cake for a birthday celebration. The cake was splendid, made with whipping cream, and you could tell the café had put a great deal of effort into preparing it.

I was already at the café, so I enquired with the staff about collecting the cake. The collection time was actually 4:30 p.m., though I initially thought it was already 4 p.m. As it turned out, it was just past 3 p.m., so I requested it earlier than planned. Although I got the timing wrong, the staff remained friendly and patient, despite the fact that I realise I ought not to have inconvenienced them.

Extraordinary tasting cakes perfectly balanced the complexity and sweetness. Been here a dozen of times and they often change up their selection of pastries so you might not know what you're getting that day. Hours a bit tricky and seats are limited. Environment is comfortable. Definitely worth trying if you are...

【嬌嬌咖啡 · ᴊɪᴀᴏᴊɪᴀᴏ】

❁冰美式 ᴺᵀ 𝟏𝟎𝟎 就是冰美式愛好者會點的菜單常客~

❁嬌糖黑鹽 ᴺᵀ𝟏𝟒𝟎 這款滿兩機極化的，fan編認為層次感很好，一入口會有淡淡的鹹味，再來會有焦糖的香跟奶泡的融合，最後才會有咖啡的香味上來，整體來說是一款滿溫順的飲品，但AC編認為很「微妙」😆

❁烤生巧克力蛋糕 ᴺᵀ𝟏𝟎𝟎（推🤎） 紮實滑順的口感，讓整個蛋糕的味道慢慢蔓延整個口腔，一入口有淡淡的巧克力香，味道慢慢堆疊出來，從微甜散發成微苦澀，沾上貝禮詩奶酒的奶油，增加了一絲奶酒的香氣，不會到很烈，十分的融合（強烈建議先單吃，再搭配一旁的奶油！）

❁草莓生乳酪 ᴺᵀ𝟏𝟕𝟎 整體口感偏酸，乳酪的部分做的很綿密，放一陣子吃入口即化，上面的草莓切片滿薄的~但是很新鮮，底下的威化餅也偏薄，很好切完全不會油！也不會搶盡整個蛋糕的風采，下次可能會嘗試其他草莓品項的蛋糕。

❁美式軟餅乾（棉花糖）ᴺᵀ𝟐𝟓 若以subway餅乾為基準，這個甜度大概只有subway餅乾的4分甜，雖然是軟餅乾但咬起來的口感很厚實，不會整個散開，強烈建議大家烤好的時候就要吃了，不然棉花糖會硬掉，AC編認為太甜~容易膩，不太適合她的口味。

❁奶油杏仁小餅乾 ᴺᵀ𝟏𝟓 杏仁味在後段才會出現的，不會到很甜，微微的甜口，AC編認為是不吃甜的朋友們，吃多少都不會膩的類型，fan編覺得可以點來嚐鮮，但不會回購。

| 靡靡之音 | 這次是選擇窗邊的高腳椅座位區~ 小小缺點是冷氣下方 怕冷的朋友們可能要注意一下( °-° ) 因為是靠門口的位子 客人進進出出 難免會有小小的蚊蟲過來打招呼 所有餐點讓我們的味蕾驚豔的是烤生巧克力~ 感覺是大家都會喜愛的一款！ 但每日蛋糕供應不固定 大家可以關注店家IG 取得即時訊息喔ꪔ̤̮‪ ෆෆ ̖́-
