Food Highlights → If you like strong flavors, I suggest "Sanbei veggie casserole" and "Kung Pao tofu casserole with king trumpet mushrooms." Their rice is a little bit tender. (I prefer firmer grains :P)
→ If you like lighter flavors, I suggest "Thai flavor fried rice with lemon", and they can make it without egg.

Read more2024/10/19(六),是和首次相隔至少有一年以上的第二次用餐,一樣是點改做全素的養生黃金豆腐煲(不改的話會有蛋在裏面。)
維持了第一次既有的好印象,以南瓜為基底的煲湯,體現了南瓜真實的甜味,也保留了南瓜動人的金黃色澤,外表炸過的嫩豆腐份量足夠,非套餐之價格為180元,口感適合所有年齡層的朋友。不過這次隨附的白飯,我認為比前一次的好吃…確切地說,是比我所吃過的所有其他素食餐館所煮的飯都要好吃(但需要排除與完全自然農法耕種出來的米所煮成的飯相比,因為這種米還會有獨特的「米香」味,且非市售「香米」的那種香味。)
若以加價90元升級成套餐後,可以從湯品、甜品、飲料三選二來說,在份量上,價格依然實在。附註:店內不收服務費,但仍會服務^_^
若像其他素(蔬)食業者的經營態度一樣,平均消費設定幾乎都比葷食來的高,但實際採購成本又比葷食業者來的低,那良心何在?(因為幾乎所有素(蔬)食業者所用的食材,也都同樣靜靜地躺在葷食者的餐盤裡喔^_^)本人也不是吃裝潢,或者吃擺盤的;也不認為自己需要為業者追求自我加薪的貪婪來買單!所賺的錢想要無限年增長本來就是個錯誤觀念,自己要用邏輯來思考:無限增長就等於促成無限通膨,所以有增長對於絕大多數人來說,根本等於沒有增長XD,但這也表示說,用無限通縮的模式來取代(無限減少也等於沒有減少),絕大多數人依然可以過生活。直白地說,就是我深信若每個業主都能秉持善念而自動降價、降租,即便是自我減薪,大眾依然能夠安心過活。
拉回來說,若其他業者真認為自己的料理非常好吃,而且認為吃素(蔬)食,比吃葷食要更健康又有愛心的話,那就應該會想盡辦法實現「取代效應」--這個理想目標:讓葷食者樂意每週至少一餐以上,用素(蔬)食來取代,而且還會慢慢地增加次數。所以在價格上,素(蔬)食業者根本不應該訂的比葷食要高才對,因為這是為了要將好東西、好觀念分享給更多人知道的基本心態不是?若價位訂的比葷食還高,不反倒造就了排拒效應?給人自命清高、曲高和寡的不好印象…可惜事實卻是後者佔大多數。
