My wife and I live nearby and braved a rainy Saturday day to get some treats for the grandkids visiting from the US. I walked with a cane and slowly with an open wound on my left calf. After milling around minhe street 80 and dong yuan street lane 73 and couldn't find your place. It was a nice passer-by who pointed out your location, and the door was locked. Back to the kiosk on October 26th and found the shop was breaming with business. The young owner and the chief taiyaki master was busy at his station with folks waiting for the delicacies; more people came or phoned in additional orders. The red bean filling, taro-filled; as well moici added versions are all delicately made and delicious. I'm happy to finally get to taste this delicacy outside of Japan. Wanted to grab some taiyaki to-go, but the owner invited us in and treated us to two complimentary NG taiyakis in addition to the one we ordered, which was very sweet of him. Even though the NGs were not the prettiest, they were just as tasty, and everything smelled delicious. The boba was also super soft. I liked the red bean filling slightly more than the custard filling.

The owner chatted with us throughout the meal and recommended a music bar that we might enjoy.

《10/18 初訪》 食物-鮪玉、起狗、珍珠卡士達黑糖

✅珍卡糖：珍珠是Q彈的！第一次在鯛魚燒吃到這口感，好喜歡！而且內餡不會到太甜，還有淡淡焦糖香，推薦👍 ✅鮪玉、起狗：鮪玉有撒黑胡椒，讓本體層次更提升一個檔次，好愛！起狗的起司，竟然有牽絲，好意外(原本以為薄餅型的鯛魚燒不會)，可是也好愛！ ✅餅皮：外皮是薄脆的，很想在吃餅乾，而且靠近尾巴的地方，特別好吃，不知道老闆加了什麼魔法🪄

遺珠-咖哩、藍莓 ✅咖哩：好像是期間限定，但是剛好當天賣完了，下次我會再特地過去吃！ ✅藍莓：沒吃過這口味，想嚐鮮！

老闆-萬花筒(好特別的形容詞🤩) ✅講笑話：好吃現做的鯛魚燒，勢必需要等待的，就跟尋找另一伴一樣，沒有等待，哪裡找得到甜美的果實呢？而途中，老闆的笑話，真的會讓人忘記等待的時間，蠻歡樂的！ ✅唱歌：老闆有個人YT，唱歌好聽！我自己是先聽到「周興哲-你好不好」，而直接follow老闆的YT；此外，有跟我和友人透露，會去餐酒館駐唱(11/15有活動，詳情請見老闆IG) ✅反差：我以為做出好吃的食物，職人老闆的個性都是很嚴肅的，結果鯛魚燒老闆打破我印象！很幽默、風趣、親切、搞笑、可愛！

《10/21 二訪》 食物-藍莓、芋泥 ✅藍莓：餡料不過於濃稠，也不會太過稀釋，是恰到好處的那種！而且裡面有加麻糬，我覺得感覺跟志明與春嬌，絕配！(麻糬加熱竟然沒硬掉…老闆好屌！) ✅芋泥：我有吃到一粒一粒的口感，是真材實料，有感受到老闆的用心！（可追蹤老闆IG，就可以一虧老闆對於內餡的用心程度！)
