洒麻辣 — Restaurant in Taipei

Trust me and go here if you're in town for a short while and wonder which taiwanese hotpot place you should go to. They are not a commercialised chain, initially I thought they are more gimmicky IG type of place because of their decor than genuine great food but we picked the place at the end and I was very pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is not huge but they are two floors with some private rooms available. The main attraction is the first floor with the exposed brick walls and concrete walls. Very IG friendly. Now food - we ordered the set for 4 and then extra meat + tofu and noodles. the bill comes to less than 7k TWD and I am confident to say the quality of the meat and the seafood is top notch. Honestly the seafood platter was soooooooo good and I live in HK where we have decent seafood. Everything was fresh and tasty. Lastly but most importantly...if you have done enough hotpot, or enough mala (numbing spicy) hotpot in your life, you'll definitely be able taste how different this soup base is. I was able to taste the fragrance of the spices and the layers of spice, the savory broth and the slight numbness - it was exquisite. The soup was the star along with other stars that were the meat and the seafood and the tofu and the noods and it was a hotpot galaxy! I just want to thank especially Zoe and mianxian (hope i spelt your name right) for opening up the first floor for us when no one was using it...we had such a great time on our anniversary trip and this is defo a highlight. Congrats to your up coming wedding and we wish you all the best! 10/10 will visit again when we're in town. hope you guys will continue...

整體裝潢以及外觀非常華麗的火鍋店 店名有麻辣兩字 當然跟麻辣鍋有關 可惜整體口感以及鍋底味道都普通 肉質也是一般般而已 並且菜盤沒有換肉盤的選項 但是海鮮以及丸子給的量還不錯 如果兩個人吃的話，推薦點最便宜的套餐即可

⭐️食物部分 有分三種套餐供客人選擇 如果兩人的話，建議點最便宜的套餐即可 內容物已經相當的豐盛 當天和朋友兩人已經吃不完最便宜的套餐 而套餐可以選擇鍋底 基本內建就是鴛鴦鍋

👉 重慶製法溫香麻辣湯底 客人覺得這個溫香麻辣湯底沒有什麼特別的特色 大概就是一般的麻麻辣辣湯底而已 裡面當然有豆腐以及鴨血當作湯底料 不過沒有什麼特別令人驚艷的地方

👉 雲餚四寶禽骨醇厚湯底 這個湯底基本上就是雞白湯底 個人覺得比起麻辣湯底這個更是適合養生火鍋的感覺 裡面會有十分多的小雞肉肉塊 整體來說還算是好喝，但是也沒有什麼特別令人驚艷的地方

👉 洒特選套餐 $1980 👉海鮮拼盤 白蝦十尾/透抽/文蛤/鮮魚片 這個拼盤其實給的相當的大方 光是白蝦10尾就很不錯 因為每隻蝦子大小其實蠻大隻的 而蚵仔的部分 也算是鮮美 至於鮮魚片以及透抽就算是不錯的東西 份量也算是十分的足夠 以海鮮拼盤來講個人覺得這間店給的令人滿意

👉 珍選肉品盤 這個套餐可以選兩種肉 當天選擇的是牛肉以及豬肉 而如果需要的話也可以將肉類升級 當天我們是將牛肉升級成為美國上選沙朗（+260

但個人覺得非常可惜的是，這間店的肉類非常的普通 就算升級為美國上選沙朗整體口感也是不怎麼樣 而豬肉反而比牛肉還要好吃了一點 另外不管是牛肉或者是豬肉 在處理部分都把他們弄得非常的大片 以至於在下鍋的時候都得整片整片的下 吃的時候也得大片大片的吃 少了一種那種小片小片下鍋刷肉的感覺

👉 洒麻辣手工鮮滑 鮮滑的部分其實還蠻好吃的 分為兩種口味

👉 酒麻辣綜合丸 不得不說這個丸子的份量也是給的十分大方 大概一份就有八顆大丸子 但口味的選擇就見仁見智了 畢竟裡面還有香菜丸子 對於不喜歡吃香菜的朋友們可能是個困擾
