一家出乎意料好吃的鯊魚庵店。 鯊魚庵有煙燻的味道但不會太嗆或太濃，然後魚肉沒有濃濃的氨味。 綜合的可以吃到各種不同的部位，其中魚皮非常Q彈，魚腹肉超級軟嫩。搭配蒜泥醬油膏會更好吃。 另外，排骨酥湯的湯給的很夠喝，味道也很好，不會太淡或水水的。排骨是用軟骨家附近的肉，所以肉質很軟，搭配軟骨脆脆的，也很好吃。 連不愛吃鯊魚庵的人都覺得很不錯，是會回訪的一家店。下次想試看看鯊魚眼。 It is a surprising and delicious shark meat shop. 每次經過百年老店柴寮鯊魚煙與阿華鯊魚烟，都是一大早就看到很多老伯伯開酒對飲的畫面，而我們都是直接開啟拉拉直送，今天一早忙完老饕學長敲說，百年老店柴寮鯊魚煙搬到新店面了，那就來去現場解鎖吧。

歷經四代傳承保留了傳統的製作工藝，魚肚/魚皮/魚腹肉/魚蛋/鯊魚尾/魚皮凍/綜合海鮮凍/鯊魚眼睛/鯊魚心/曼波魚皮，琳瑯滿目的讓人無法選擇，簡單點就挑了招牌綜合鯊魚煙。

招牌綜合鯊魚煙裡面有鯊魚腹肉、鯊魚肚及鯊魚皮，鯊魚腹肉口感軟嫩細緻吃起來沒有纖維感，帶有煙燻的香氣。 鯊魚肚吃起來有咬勁卻不會硬。鯊魚皮帶著像果凍版的膠質的部位，滑嫩QQ的最好吃，沾上店家特製的蒜蓉油膏那更是順口，不得不說這甜味的蒜蓉油膏真不錯。

鯊魚眼睛是限量版，吃起來跟豬眼睛有點不一樣，彈性Q度比豬眼睛更好，吃到現在完全沒有腥味異味只有魚肉的甜味，這新鮮的煙燻鯊魚肉真的好吃，味道細緻微微鮮甜超讚的。

除了鯊魚外學長說這的排骨酥湯一定要喝，湯頭濃郁香氣很足，排骨酥燉的軟嫩入口即化感不錯，連軟骨都是容易咀嚼，那炸排骨香氣化在湯頭中真的美味，湯頭層次不錯濃醇有味比起台北許多排骨酥名店絲毫不遜色，重點是非常大碗所以喝起來十分滿足。

乾麵表現就一般般，可能是這麵條用的油麵不是我們的菜，調味也是偏清淡，後來我加了蒜蓉油膏後稍微好些，不過，哈，這時老饕學長就碎念了起來了，要是有碗白飯來搭配排骨酥湯，那有多好啊。
