Authentic freshly made seafood noodle soup. I found fresh seafood such as 2 shrimps, 4 squids, 4 clams, 3 midsized oyster, and seasoned with cabbage, celery, and dried shallots. It is how Taiwanese enjoys fresh seafood. A very reasonable price. This small eatery is located in a fresh market. It is not really a restaurant.

🍜綜合海鮮鍋燒意麵 💰150 進去的時候前面有一組兩人的客人正在候位，因為剛好有一組內用桌空出來，櫃檯服務人員清潔完後就帶位過去了，但是吧台的一邊是客人的包包(因為某一桌坐了五個人，不確定是是不是他們的，畢竟有點擠)，另外吧台另一邊還有兩個人的座位，一直空著，我一個人大概等了10分鐘，裡面的服務人員詢問我能否坐在吧台，我同意後才帶我過去...(中間一度很想離開，畢竟有看到位子就是空著，不太確定是不是吧台需要留給特別的人!?) 湯頭算是很清淡的口味帶點芹菜味道。 鍋燒意麵本身超級難吃(點餐的時候櫃檯有說是台南意麵?不過我是不知道差異)，又乾又癟，本來以為是煮得不夠久，但是最後吃到剩下鍋燒意麵的時候，還是很難吃，只是軟一點點而已...最後大概剩下8-9成的麵直接不吃了! 海鮮本身算是新鮮，有兩隻蝦、兩個蛤蜊、兩個蚵仔、兩隻小卷、ㄧ小片鯛魚，跟一些青菜跟高麗菜。 應該沒意外是不會想要再訪啦...

名過於實的一家店 原本很興奮來用餐，看到網路上一直稱讚 但要品嚐到就有點失望了 海鮮是多也新鮮，就湯頭就是沒鮮味 蝦子還可以中等尺寸偏瘦，沒啥咬感 蛤蜊也是偏小，感覺煮了一下子沒有水泡樣 只有小卷推薦，有Q彈有新鮮，但大小不一 只是都是新鮮的為啥湯頭會沒啥味道 小菜松阪豬也是一點點，小小片的 真的有點可惜，以上體驗後感覺有點小貴了 但店員就蠻熱心的會解釋餐點的差異 環境也很乾淨，也很明亮但沒有厲害的辣醬

路上偶遇的寶藏店家，真是今晚的意外驚喜，點了鮮蝦蚵仔鍋燒意麵，有8隻新鮮肥美的鮮蝦，食材非常新鮮，吃的出海味鮮甜，蚵仔非常好吃，完全沒有腥味，意麵也沒有放味精，湯頭滿溢鮮味，2個小朋友意猶未盡，都不用催促用餐，就迫不及待完食！另外也點了鮮蝦海鮮炒烏龍麵，一樣海鮮料給的非常大方，高品質的食材水準，但卻是平價，cp值非常划算，還附贈一碗味噌湯，有鮮蝦有豆腐，真是佛心店家。邊用餐邊聽老闆熱情與其他客人聊天，感覺是非常熱情的老闆。已列入個人地圖...
