Boulevard Cafe 林蔭美式餐酒食(供餐至20:00) — Restaurant in Taipei

This Cafe is located between Shilin and Miramar so you'll need to take a bus to get here. You can take the 255, 620, or 957 from Shilin MRT Station. From Jiannan Rd Station, you can take the 620 or 957. It has two floors of seating and it's best to make a reservation as it a nice comfortable place to stay for a while. The staff is friendly and made recommendations from the menu. They have an English menu which is always very accommodating. I ordered the Vegetarian lasagna which has so much cheese on top that you'll wonder if it has any noodles. It comes with one piece of garlic bread but I'd recommend you get an additional order on the side with 5 pieces. My friend had the Spicy Chicken pasta and it was very spicy owing to the Szechuan pepper and garlic. For dessert we had the very decadent chocolate brownie and the creme brulee custard. We ordered from the unlimited soda refill menu for our drinks. If you order pasta, you can get a set menu price which saves about 60 ntd. We stayed for a long time chatting and lingering over our meals without any pressure from the wait staff to leave. That alone is a reason to return to this...

The place is just a short walk from the national palace museum and is an excellent stop before going on an checking out the muaeum. The place is vibrant, the staff are friendly and speak very good english if you don't speak the local tongue. They also have an english menu which is very helpful.

I got the Mexican burger and it was excellent. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. They also serve other dishes such as pasta and pizza which I did not get but I would definitely pay them another visit just to samples the other items...

Nice vibe, good food, kid friendly with a good kids meal. Came for a late weekend lunch and we were seated quickly. It feels like it was opened by a group of friends than being very commercial, but the scale is impressive. Mexican burger is small but tasty and spicy. The fries has a unique treatment, so it's definitely memorable. No on-site parking that I'm aware of. The closest parking lots are...
