Enjoyed a delicious bowl of spare rib soup with bamboo shoot slices along with a bowl of braised pork rice. The boneless spare ribs had a nice amount of tendon and fat and literally melt in your mouth. The bamboo shoots were very tender and complimented the pork and soup extremely well. The soup was so tasty and wholesome and most importantly perfectly seasoned. The braised pork rice was another wonderful compliment to the meal. It was super tender and tasty and having a spoonful of soup after eating the rice was a delight. My wife really enjoyed the chicken soup with clams and a bowl of chicken broth rice. I was immediately drawn to this restaurant's captivating branding whenever I passed by. Those symbols caught my attention, prompting me to give it a try. I opted for a bowl of flavorful braised pork over rice and a delectable chicken soup with chili peppers.
