IMBIBE Taipei — Restaurant in Taipei

I found this place on IG (I think).

Not my favorite kinda cocktail. It's more on the fun side playing with ingredients like yam, watermelon, tomato, dragon fruit..etc. I ordered 2 drinks - one tomato and the other was coffee high ball. (It was too dark and I didn't take any photos)

Service before arrival was bad. It was a Saturday and I wanted to call to make sure we have seats beforehand. I called twice and no one picked up. Luckily, someone just left when we arrived and we got ourself a high table. Service upon arrival was normal.

it's landing on the salty side. I am guessing cos they want people to drink more?

Though the crowd was quite young, they were playing some Taiwanese oldies...I was singing a lot as if I was...

Imbibe is one of the most unique bars I've ever been to. Their food-inspired cocktails like beef noodle soup, grilled corn, and grilled squid drinks are creative and delicious. The small plates were just as impressive - especially the beef tongue and tofu dish.

An awesome place to have creative cocktails. Their food is also amazing. I had the 三杯雞(three cup chicken) and it was so delicious. Though it wasn't your traditional 三杯雞, it was a creative fusion of juicy and delicious flavors with tender chicken. By far their cocktails are what makes the place amazing.
