We had lunch at this restaurant during our stay in Taiwan. It was my second time in the country, but the first time trying Italian food here. The dish we ordered had an excessive amount of seasoning, at least six times what was needed, yet it was still excellent. The ingredients were well-prepared, and the flavours balanced despite the heavy seasoning. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was comfortable. While the seasoning could have been adjusted, the overall experience was positive, and we appreciated the quality of the food. It was an interesting take on Italian...

Italian Restaurant?? What’s wrong with you?!?!? An insult eating here for an Italian like me.

A frozen pizza and for the rest nothing that seems to be related to Italian food.

A pizza with mushrooms without mushrooms but all the rest. A pan fried Chicken instead roasted. And the list goes on and on.

Service one star: ordered two pizza at the same time arrived 45 minutes distance one from each other.

Last but not least... also the panel is WRONG. Italian not talian......

其實沒必要真的不想給這個負評⋯一直以來我們休假有空都會特地從中永和開一個小時的車到淡水來享用莫尼尼的餐點（甚至疫情最嚴峻期間沒有開放內用我們還開車來外帶帶到河堤邊在車內享用餐點）

然而今天是小朋友出生後，適逢難得的連假，全家大包小包的來到訪，假日生意忙我們是可以理解的，所以今天我們3大1小點了三份主餐、兩份開胃菜、加上三份套餐，上菜沒有讓人等很久⋯但是一次直接把桌面塞滿⋯（不是應該問一下有沒有需要hold菜嗎？）

沒關係⋯我們把主餐義大利麵先放一旁，先品嚐開胃菜跟套餐麵包濃湯

等到真的吃到主餐時覺得麵稍嫌軟爛些⋯這都不打緊⋯

後來服務生也很趕著收盤子，我們也沒第二句話讓他收（我們的訂位時間是下午2:00）當時已非尖峰時刻，旁邊用晚餐的待整理空桌也越來越多⋯但是他不選擇收桌跑來收我們剛急急忙忙用完的盤子我也ok

就在這時候，這位收桌的服務生打翻了準備收走的醬料碟，那未用完的奶醬就大剌剌的噴灑在我的新褲子上、鞋子、衣服上

當下我是說沒關係⋯服務生也迅速的道歉⋯然後就沒有然後了⋯

要濕紙巾沒濕紙巾，服務生遞了酒精跟一疊乾紙巾，接下來就忙著去整理他弄翻的地面跟桌子椅腳⋯接下來我到廁所用了很久 整個半邊褲子都濕了⋯

到後來離開時都⋯⋯沒人理我？ ⋯

後來老婆說離開前他們有再跟我老婆說抱歉⋯但是當事人是我啊！我沒有被安撫到的感覺，且我們帶著孩子才正準備今天的淡水漫遊行程⋯坦白說後面的心情差掉

我們也做過服務業，一般來說就算假日很忙，現場也應該有位經理人員來協助關心客人衣物的後續狀況吧？（畢竟不是我叫你收，是你們急著收耶⋯服務生態度ok但是sop很不會⋯這一點讓我感到很訝異跟失望，畢竟一進店門您們今天看起來人員不至於到缺乏，下午時段我們這邊發生客人衣物被認為弄髒汙、損毀事件，理應要有一個負責人員協助處理吧？）

回到家中準備把換洗的衣物脫下來才發現根本沒辦法洗掉這個油漬，再回家看到褲子感覺更差⋯

說真的 很難過在這邊有這樣的體驗...
