For a cheap and quick hotpot, it's nice. Don't expect it to be fancy or "famous" for certain things. This chain of hotpot store do provide good value for money. Won't recommend for tourists but for locals it's a good place for a decent hotpot meal especially...

Good value for money! One of my favorite shabu shabu restaurant in Taoyuan. Meat and broth quality is pretty good for its price. Everything is very fresh. Unlimited soda, iced tea, coffee, hot cocoa, ice cream with various flavors that you can enjoy with meals. There is a sauce area with fresh grinded garlic, Chill, radish, green onion where you make your own sauce. Service is good. Waiters are very friendly. Kids friendly.

來過這家的次數應該有超過百次了吧! 不論一個人來，或是一家人一起來，都很合適!...

這一次來，是被帶位到二樓用餐。 空間明亮也寬敞， 餐具都很乾淨。 餐點以這個價位來說，也可接受。

二樓服務人員有一位看起來像學生的，動作有點草率粗魯，還把帳夾掉在地上……不過 是有撿起來放好。 這世代的年輕人差不多都是這樣， 也不能要求太多。 我們只要專心吃東西 ，餐具乾淨，餐點不要出包，基本上用餐還算愉快。 特別要提起，二樓有一位年紀稍長的大姐 ，問她問題都詳細的解答， 服務態度非常好。

沒想到這家店的敗筆，竟然出在樓下櫃檯結帳的店長！ 店長擺出後母的面孔， 不苟言笑 ，甚至對客人氣頤指使！ 我們是來幫你創造營業額的客人，並不是你的員工， 你的態度這麼差， 怎麼做其他員工的表率？又怎麼去要求其他員工對客人親切？ 短短幾分鐘的結帳時間，就能把人搞到火大，也真是有本事！

本來美麗的用餐心情，就被你搞砸了！ 當然評論也從五顆星變成現在這樣……希望店長能夠自我檢討 ，你是一家店的門面， 理當要做員工的榜樣！ ...
