小滷房創意水餃，滷肉飯 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

I was in taoyuan for a business trip and decided to stop into this quaint shop for a bite to eat. They are famous for their braised beef rice a specialty that isn't to be missed in Taiwan but it's the dumplings that really impressed me. Definitely the best I've ever had. I would recommend anyone who is in taoyuan to visit.

It's slightly more expensive than street food but is amazing value for money, roughly £1 for 5 dumplings! Especially when you consider how clean the establishment is. I would recommend the shrimp roe or the spicy pork dumplings but let's be honest, at this price you could try them all and take...

給滿分，主要是沒有地雷跟創意精神。

一次點了三種口味，喜歡這種五顆小份量裝，可以一次吃很多種口味，算是蠻好嚐鮮的選擇。

口感個人感覺與一般水餃相比偏硬，可能裡面都是整塊肉沒有碎菜的關係，味道方面就看個人接受度了，沒有不好吃也沒有特別好吃，對配料看菜單時就會產生期待，但實際吃就沒什麼情緒，算是我個人不會回購的口味。

《牽腸掛肚》 大腸蠻厚的，是一整塊沒切碎融合，有厚度就顯得有嚼勁，但內餡本身偏硬可能會讓口感顯得很難嚼吞嚥，青壯年是無礙，但我不會買給老人家吃，滷味的味道有出來，不過個人覺得蠻衝突的，喜歡台式的人可以嘗試看看。

《漁夫之戀》 代鮑沒看到是吃不出來的，魚卵味道沒有出來但舌尖能感受到，算是蠻中規中矩的，怕味道不合點這個最保險，味道最適中不衝突。

《辣妹水餃》 我可能最喜歡這個，雖是辣味但不辣，咬的到剝皮辣椒，但跟大腸一樣一塊安插在裡面，肉還是糊在一塊偏硬的。

《美人湯》 簡單而言就是味噌湯，只是沒有豆腐加了櫻花蝦，但我個人不喜歡櫻花蝦硬殼口感，如果是豆腐應該比較受大眾喜愛。味道方面毫無問題，不會太水、夠熱、大碗。

老實說我感覺水餃味道不足，會讓人吃過就忘，只記得菜單文字，肉沒提味、沒菜中和，咀嚼沒有那麼容易。

但也是我個人比較挑啦，論創意我覺得很棒，算是難得的水餃口味，大家喜歡吃就好，不用在意我個人感受，只是我喜歡吃包餡食物吃過蠻多種，已經有自己的喜好了。
