Review of Qile Hotel near Taoyuan Railway Station Before leaving Taiwan, it is more convenient to get to the nearest airport. I chose this hotel which is located close to the city. It can be booked on both ** and Ctrip. Needless to say, the location is really good. There are many places to shop downstairs. Including Cosmetics, Tongling Department Store, Sunbeam, and Nearly 100! There is a lot to eat and drink, and the location is good. There is also a Taoyuan bus at the door. Not far away is the train station. The hotel provides breakfast. I stayed for two nights and received two breakfasts. Breakfast is on the first floor from 6 to 10 o'clock every day. There are different flavors on both days, which is not bad. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk. The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet is also good! The water pressure in the shower is okay, the air conditioner in the room can be controlled remotely, and the softness of the bed is okay. The room is not big, but the functionality is okay. The disadvantage is that it is located on the street, the windows are not soundproof windows, and there are people talking very loudly and noisily downstairs at night! It affects the quality of sleep. The hotel is a little quiet overall, but the sound insulation is not very good. There are a lot of Southeast Asian workers nearby. It's nice to have a police station nearby, but it has a slight impact on the...
Read moreThis hotel is located in the train station business districtFood, clothing, housing and transportation are all very convenientThe room is very newBreakfast is very rich, the best I have ever stayed inCtrip’s price is very good value, only over 1100Rating the service only 4 pointsIt's because I asked the counter how much it would cost to renew my stay. The counter said 1800, but I said Ctrip is much cheaper. Her answer is because housing, fees, time, etc. have to be handled by Ctrip.Book with them and the hotel will handle all problemsI don't quite understandInstructions on the platform, such as no refunds, additional breakfast, etc.If it is different from the store, of course I will find the platformBooking the wrong room at the wrong time is my problemThe conditions for extending your stay are the same, but the fees are different. Most hotels in the mainland will agree to the same price as the platformThe price of 1100 is finally confirmed by the store, isn't it?I don’t understand what it means to have a problem and need to be handled by the platform.Price of 1800, same housing conditionsThen my question is in vain. I might as well go to the platform to order again. If the store says that 1100 is a special discount for CtripThere happened to be no discounted rooms available the next day. This way I might still accept itBut this hotel is really...
Read moreOne star is a very high rating for this place. I did not have a good experience here. The hotel seems to be taking advantage of COVID restrictions/quarantine obligations by charging high fees for minimal service/no quality. The room had a window, which you were not allowed to open, directly facing another buildings wall. The buildings are so close that sunlight doesn't reach into the room. The staff repeatedly fed me foods that I am allergic to (egg/dairy) despite the fact that I chose the vegan meal option that they offered, and also stated my allergies prior to my arrival as well as multiple times throughout my stay. Staff was generally apathetic until I threatened to go to the hospital and make them pay for it. I got a refund for some of the later meals (I negotiated this and they did not produce any meals for the last 4 days of my stay) which amounted to a measly 100NT per meal. If that is all they spend on food then the cost of this place shouldn't even be half of what we had to pay. The quality of the food was so low that multiple residents at this hotel (in which I was a part of a COVID safety LINE chat) complained and asked how much we need to pay for humane service. If you're stuck booking here for quarantine.... Good...
