食之悅 越式料理 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

Terrible experience here because of the wait. It seemed like they prioritized getting the to go orders out rather than the customers actually dining in. We waited almost an hour and got 1 out of 3 dishes served. And I thought we ordered dishes that would be easy and quick to serve.

First was their beef pho...ladle some soup over noodles and add a few slices of thinly sliced beef on top. Not hard right? I've had it a million times at Vietnamese restaurants and it's usually first thing out. Second thing was an egg fried rice. Again...super basic and easy to make dish. Lastly was a cold noodles with fried egg roll and veggies. This seemed to be the most time consuming dish in terms of prep work: cook the rice noodles, fry the egg roll, and chop/arrange the veggies and various herbs. This was the only thing that came out in a timely manner during our hour long wait. We had asked multiple times every 15 mins or so whether the food would be coming and they kept saying "it's coming out next" or "almost ready."

We were the only table experiencing this either. The table to our left had to talk to the girls at the counter twice. There was a lady in the corner who asked when her order would be ready because she had to go to work too.

Their attitude was poor, service was non-existent, and we left feeling hungry and in a bad mood. Would not come back or recommend for others to dine in on a Sunday afternoon unless you want the same...

這家餐廳毫無服務態度。今天下午我的家人來到這家餐廳幫我外帶一份河粉，可是店員一直堅持我家人沒有付錢，所有店員都非常大聲的在我家人講話，其中一位男性店員態度非常惡劣地朝我家人吼叫說要調監控。我家人因為不想要把事情搞太大（當時旁邊還有很多人在點餐）於是就先離開了。在到家之後他再次致電這家餐廳，店員說查看監控之後發現我家人確實付過錢了，請他晚點再回到店內取餐。這不應該是一個餐廳該有的服務或是態度。我以前非常喜歡這家餐廳，這次時隔兩年再次回到台灣想要吃他們家的河粉卻看到他們某些店員惡劣的服務讓我感到非常失望！以後不會再去了。 DISAPPOINTING service. My dad went to the restaurant to pick up pho for me, and they refused to acknowledge that he has paid before hand. Also this one man shouted at my dad for whatever reason that he thought he was right about. My dad did not want to make a scene by telling them to check the CCTV because it was the rush hour. He called the place again when he got home and the their guys finally acknowledged that the payment WAS made and asked him to pick up the food later. I don't think that's how running a restaurant works. This place used to be my favorite place around the neighborhood, had it at least twice a week, but i don't think i will go back there again.
