Taiwan Noodles Restaurant serves up authentic cuisine, but falls short in service and portion size.

The noodle dishes boast rich, well-balanced flavors. The braised beef is tender and enjoyable, but the portions are noticeably small, leaving you wanting more. Still fair as you are going to have meal on air shortly.

Service, provided by a young man during my visit, was unfortunately disappointing. He was slow and disinterested, with a lack of responsiveness that negatively impacted the overall experience. There were no attempts at rectification or apologies for the delays.

Worst food i been eating in taiwan. Waiting time for drinks is way too long even after finish my food, and the drinks still not serve. Drinks counter bar staff is happily chatting and won't bother to prepare. Staff is not friendly with attitude problem, shouting at customet. First and last time for sure. Take your own risk if you are rushing in time. Worst restaurant I ever visit especially in airport which should have a better customer service. All Taiwanese seem to have attitude problems...

Clearly this place is understaffed. Been waiting in line and there are at least four free tables but they're not letting any new customers in. There are customers paying to leave and we are still waiting in line. This is an airport restaurant, id suggest this place is properly staffed as people may need a quick meal before the flight
