For an airport joint it does a good job. Acceptable cleanliness. Easy menu. Simple payment. Most importantly fast food. It's a pre-cooked and pre-prepared meal that most likely just get warmed for the client prior to serving.
Even then it tastes fairly delicious for this setup. The only thing that amuses me is the taste. Most food I taste in Taipei is enjoyably light without an unhealthy dose of salt. Here, seemingly to cater to an international demanding palate, the salt is heavier. It's too salty to eat by itself. You need the rice to temper the taste. Fortunately the soup escaped this affliction.
