The food is prepared in a central kitchen and prepackaged. When you order, they simply heat it up—which is fine, and the meal is actually tasty.

However, I was really disappointed with how they handled a serious issue. My kids found a piece of plastic stuck in their noodles and brought it to the staff. The initial response was just a brief, “I’m sorry,” with no offer to replace or refund the meal. I had to go back myself and insist, and only then did they replace one of the meals. But by that time, our appetite was already ruined.

The manager eventually came over to apologize and offered the kids some cookies, which I appreciate. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what really bothered me was the indifferent attitude we faced at first. That kind of response is hard to overlook—especially when it involves kids potentially...

The price of food was not too high. Because each food set includes rice, main dish, soup, side dish (vegetable), and dessert (mango pudding).

This restuarant is self-sevice. Customers need to order and pay at the counter, take the number, wait for your number to be called, pick-up your food at the counter, and return the food tray after finishing your meal.

I love that they prepare and serve the food quickly, making this restuarant a great choice for passengers who are in a hurry.

It is the worst Braised beef noodle soup I ever have in my lifetime. The beef was undercook , so it is too chewy and the braised tofu also too hard not seasoned well. Plus the noodle is also too hard for this dish.

If you want to experience the braised beef noodle , please go to any of the restaurant in Taipei. Cause if with this kind of food standard, don’t think they can survive. Hope this is only the real chef is on leave , so the ground quality turns out to be the inexperience chef for a day.
