The removal of Thai language from the menu is disheartening, especially from a cultural and accessibility standpoint. 之前一直想來吃,但常常七點來了,不是要候位就是已經不出餐(沒錯,七點出頭就賣光東西),這次特地提前到,一到門口,讓老婆先進去,我去旁邊停車(還好有這樣,因為我們剛好是最後一位可以直接用餐,後面的人都要等XDDD)
初訪點的幾樣(打拋豬肉飯、酸辣海鮮炒MAMA麵、涼拌木瓜絲、香蕉煎餅、泰式奶茶),吃的都很滿足都很推薦!
1.打拋豬肉飯$130 絞肉顆粒感很大,吃起來很有口感,跟一般細碎的肉末不太一樣,把半熟蛋(可以選擇熟度)、絞肉跟飯辦在一起吃,香度、味道老婆都蠻喜歡。蠻推的
2.酸辣海鮮炒MAMA麵$160 給的海鮮料超級實在,蝦子吃起來結實度很夠,花枝夠彈,完全是新鮮的證明阿,酸辣的味道炒的非常夠味,泰式泡麵很用力的把味道都帶著,還保有口感,不會過軟爛,師傅炒工真的厲害。個人算可以吃辣,只點小辣,但吃第二口就開始燒嘴(於是一口氣吃光想說辣一次就好,結果辣到上顎痛到不行,喝水無用,狂吃涼拌木瓜絲靠酸才舒緩),真心建議初訪,先從微辣開始吃,辣度可以接受,下次來再往上加,這辣真的很兇猛!不可不慎!
香蕉煎餅$100 這個榮登心頭第一名,真的是來必點,完全把我們在泰國第一次吃到摟T(香蕉煎餅的泰語)的感動重現!餅皮微酥脆配上軟軟的香蕉薄片+煉乳,甜度恰到好處,不會死甜,吃完覺得很舒暢,完美的句點
海鮮義大利麵: 海鮮料一樣滿滿,味道上比較沒有特別記憶點 麵有彈。
4.泰式炒河粉 附上糖、辣椒、花生米,自己拌一拌,很香很夠味,但味道沒有十分對到我的胃。
5.泰式奶茶$70 味道也是很道地,重點不會像泰國喝的那麼死甜,看吧台小哥都是一杯一杯調,架上瓶瓶罐罐都是在泰國小攤有看到的XDD
6.涼拌木瓜絲$80 味道很道地,酸度跟口味都有,但是這道地味就有一種類似醃漬蝦海腥味(無關新鮮度),個人蠻不適應的哈哈哈
