The best rice noodle restaurant in Taiwan. If you want to get a taste of the traditional rice noodle, this is definitely the place that you should visit. There are plenty of seats in the store, but it is still crowded during the meal time. You cannot make a reservation, so better be there earlier or otherwise you would have to use the take out option. Ordered a bowl of their signature rice noodles soup. Upon ordering they will ask if you prefer the egg to be fully cooked or half cooked. Everything was good, except for me personally the broth was a bit too salty. It tasted a bit more balanced after adding a little vinegar and white pepper. The chili paste was so tasty though, it made a good dipping sauce!

The indoor seats are plenty and the air conditioning was strong. When it’s not too hot out or when it’s raining, the outdoor seats are a good option for dining...

Environment is modern. The quality of food is great. Most important of all, the price is affordable. For main dishes like rice noodles, you can get one bowl around NT$100. Besides, you can decide the type of noodles such as thin rice noodles or thick rice noodles. If you choose spicy pork/beef noodles, the budget will be higher (NT$140/165).
