The dessert shop is unique for providing self-produced Yunnan style dessert. The most famous product is Posu Bao(破酥包) with sweet bean/sesame filling, the layer bread dough is very different from any other dumplings.
Most of the traditional desserts are made from rice like Madagujn(馬打滾) and steamed rice cake.
There are also western-oriental fusion dessert like banana pound cake sweet rice wine flavored cheese cake and pandan chiffon roll.
For the pandan chiffon roll they use real pandan leave juice instead of artificial flavor, the cake was fluffy with a hint of coconut aroma, I like it very much.
