Chinese to English menu translation below. I wouldn't say I'm an expert in beef noodles, but this is definitely the best beef noodles I had amoung serval other famous ones I tried. The black bowl one is the TWD 220 one (first one on the left side on the menu). It contains beef belly meat, beef "stomach", and beef tendon, they all contribute in flavouring the soup, I can't think of a word to describe the pleasantness of it. The white bowl one is normal beef soup noodle with relatively thinner noodles, it costs only TWD 60 but don't have any beef. Read more初次來訪前,因為見評論營業時間不定,先以電話詢問是否開業,但未接通,親自前往後發現是店內過於忙碌,服務生應付不來所致。
店內翻桌率高,位置頗多,但人員稍嫌不足收桌速度趕不上客人來店消費的速度。店內燈光明亮,桌椅面清潔乾淨未有黏膩的觸感,先點餐後付帳,小菜為自取,服務生會幫忙在點餐單上畫記。有些許醬料與飲料可免費使用。
本次兩人用餐共點兩碗牛肉麵,分別為紅燒番茄牛肉麵與紅燒招牌牛肉麵,與燙青菜(青江菜)一份,共450元。可加湯但加麵需加20元,麵的份量以男性食量來看非常足夠,除非食量非常大,否則不推薦加麵。
紅燒番茄牛肉麵🍅🐮🍜 170元
內容物有香菇數朵、有筋的牛肉塊約八至十塊、番茄切塊、洋蔥、兩根青江菜與些許裝飾用生青蔥。
湯頭紅燒味恰好不死鹹,番茄微酸口感偏軟,湯頭吃得到洋蔥的甜味。牛肉份量非常足夠,肉中有些許燉到軟爛的筋。牛肉入口先是彈牙的肉質,再來是筋軟爛的口感,有一些黏牙的感覺,咬一咬肉就在嘴中化開了,而麵入口勁道,煮的熟度恰好,麵的薄厚度也是個人喜歡的。
紅燒招牌牛肉麵🐮🍜 240元
招牌牛肉麵若未先看內容物只側重價錢,價錢稍高,但餐點上桌後完全改觀,內容物有豆芽菜、青江菜、香菇三朵、裝飾的生青蔥、牛筋六塊、牛腩兩塊、數塊厚切的牛肉塊以及有一定厚度的牛肚數塊。
湯頭據友人分享,鹹度適中,但喝多會有口渴的感覺。香菇嫩且多汁,豆芽菜與青江菜之份量相較紅燒番茄牛肉麵多上許多,建議不用額外加點青菜。牛筋非常軟嫩,入口不必咬即在口中融化。牛腩牛味非常香非常重,膠質感十足。牛肉塊非常好吃,有些許筋的口感,非常推薦!牛肚的厚度很驚人,吃起來彈牙有口感,但不怎麼入味,稍嫌可惜。麵條勁道,微硬。整體菜、麵與肉類品質對得起其價格,男性普通食量者應都可以吃飽。
