Qian He Beef Noodle Restaurant — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

I stayed a month in Taoyuan and ended up going to Qian He beef noodle restaurant pretty much every other day.

The food quality is great, and I quickly found that there was no real reason to look around and experiment with other beef noodle options. However, to compare, while staying in Taiwan I also tried the highly recommended Fu Rong and Jian Kang in Taipei, which were both pretty good, but I still really preferred Qian He.

Atmosphere-wise, it’s quiet, small, and dimly lit. I found it to be really cozy; only thing better is if it were super cold or rainy outside. With the limited space, I think it could potentially get crowded and be hard to find seating, but I never ran into that problem.

The staff are young and very chill. They spoke some English at times, which is nice since I’m a foreigner. Although I just spoke Chinese with them, I assume they could explain the menu and other things to foreigners who can’t speak Chinese. This is necessary since I don’t think they have an English version of the menu.

I’m going to really really miss this place when I’m back home! Highly recommend this...

在網路上看到評價高的牛肉麵店，我都會想嘗試看看，這家千和牛肉麵是我第一次來嚐鮮，但是我並不喜歡店家使用什麼評價送小菜送東西或其他方式的優惠，這樣子會有失對食材東西真正的評價，評價高不代表東西是真正美味好吃，要自己親自試過才知道答案如何。點了一碗半筋半肉紅燒湯頭的牛肉麵，喝了第一口湯，我是直接打槍的，湯頭偏甜了，而且店家強調是蔬果熬煮，但是喝起來應該是有蔬果之外的調味料，已經不是自然的鮮甜了，我個人不喜歡，所以無法將湯喝完。麵條普通，我點的是細麵，吃起來很一般沒有口感沒有嚼勁，牛腱肉很大塊，但是整碗牛肉麵的呈現恕我無法給予太高的評價，我個人是不喜歡的。目前吃過桃園市區的牛肉麵，就是川驕牛肉麵與集英會社牛肉麵這兩家的湯頭最好喝，最美味（以上是我個人觀感）。因為我是個喜歡到處吃牛肉麵的老饕。若是食材真正好吃，店家不用贈送任何東西，評價自然會高，用贈送其他東西來拉高評價會有失消費者對享用美食客觀上的標準。個人認為這家牛肉麵算是一般而已，沒有好吃到讓我驚艷的地步，所以只能給3顆星👍�...

看了評價進來吃才發現,原來也有評價送小菜這件事... OK,沒關係都進來了就點來吃吧~!!

當天點了一碗麻辣的半筋半肉跟紅燒的牛肉雪花肉麵還有一個小菜木耳 先說小菜,木耳一般般沒有特別突出也不會難吃,唯一缺點應該就是50元的份量真的有點少... 麻辣半筋半肉牛肉細麵 肉沒什麼問題軟爛有入味但跟湯頭是兩個不同味,麵是細麵算是一般外面正常的麵條,口感偏軟,湯頭部分跟我吃過的會辣的牛肉麵完完全全是兩個玩意,湯頭就像是麻辣燙的辣湯,我很難得的湯喝不下去...真心不推...
