Came in for lunch and was impressed. Clean, pleasant decor, and friendly staff. You can tell that the chef put work and effort into each dish that was brought up. Read more此評論有點長,請店家與即將前往用餐的客戶耐心看一下個人用餐感受,個人感覺一般般,是有用心,但是覺得還不夠,擺盤很好看,但是就固定模式那樣很僵硬的制式化擺盤,會讓有上檔次的感覺,但其實沒有,沒有個人的特色擺盤,另外口味請大家各自評論嘗試,個人覺得非常之一般,甚至覺得沒有好吃
1.沒有與價格相符合的驚豔感覺與美味,生魚片很新鮮沒錯,但是有些魚類的生魚片的刀工,感覺像是趕時間出菜的,因為很大一塊,很厚,不適合帶長輩去吃,刀工讓人生畏,會讓人覺得,乾脆直接上整塊的好了,有待加強練習,真正日料店的生魚片師傅,刀工都是練習很久很用心,此次用餐沒有感覺到師傅的認真,非常不行,完全沒有與之匹配的精緻美食感,個人覺得如果再薄一下會更好
2.鹽烤蝦超級鹹,個人覺得一點薄鹽後上去烤就能引出蝦子的美味,但是太多了,剝殼後手上會沾染很多鹽並且吃進去後,就是只有很鹹跟口渴的感覺
3.香菇的天婦羅.....也覺得不ok,上菜或是吃菜順序調整在鹽烤蝦前面品嚐會比較好,完全無味,香菇很大一塊,大到入口....讓人出現這是吃什麼??沾醬後或是單吃也沒有食材原來的美味,麵衣有也很強大的成長空間 4.牛肉很也不行,很乾,無法吃的到鮮嫩肉汁鎖在肉裡,熟成牛肉煮到七分熟不會太熟? 我不懂,但是很想給他要黑胡椒醬,調味鹽放在旁邊讓人會不小心誤沾很多,讓人覺得新東陽肉乾比較好吃
5.帝王蟹的做法個人不喜歡,覺得食材原有的鮮味已經品嚐不到了,很可惜的一道菜,但是很多的店都是這樣的做法
說真的,吃完後,覺得有種吃完流水席的感覺,或許是生意好,服務生也稍微忽略了服務的熱情,為了提升服務生的熱情,我有私下給予服務生小費,但是卻仍未感覺到稍微好一點的服務,還要自己打包.......或許生意好吧,以及導致也疏忽了出菜品質的管控,如果店家有注意到此篇留言,歡迎討論
員工的回覆問答口語,完全沒有聽到熱情的感覺與精神,像是行屍走肉,個人猜測或許薪水原因讓員工無法提高服務的熱情,有點器械式的問答與服務
結論.....難聽一點,名不符實,好聽一點,成長空間非常巨大,吃裝潢讓人覺得氣派的,主要是挑高無壓迫感,要吃好吃的日料,去附近的居酒屋就好
這家餐廳就擺盤有點稍微適合拍照炫炫一般朋友圈而已,真的仔細看擺盤,也就還好而已
